Delia was excellent to work with and VERY accommodating to fit me in for my cleaning needs. They were very punctual, professional, and careful with my items. I was very impressed by the way they made everything spotless...cleaned blinds, pulled out furniture to clean behind, vacuumed and turned cushions, cleaned mirrors, lightbulbs, and fans..the list goes on and on!! I was very pleased as it is so very hard to find such in-depth cleaners and I don't mind paying the price when everything is cleaned so well. At the last minute I ask them to add cleaning of a few windows and they are spotless!!! I plan on having them return when I need a deeper cleaning as I was very pleased with everything they did. GREAT JOB!!

So pleased that I have signed up for an every other week cleaning. I felt very comfortable with the cleaning team in my house which to me is a very big deal. Delia is great to work with and was so accommodating with my scheduling issues. Great experience and my first one with Angie's List.

Unfortunately I cannot give this cleaning company anything but an average rating. Delia was very nice and responsive but the cleaning crews were not the same each time, as I was told, and they were late 9 out of 10 times. I had explained to Delia that being on time was extremely important and that I wouldn't be able to continue using them if they were always late. Unfortunately, they continued to be late every time and would then rush the job since they were late, leaving behind dust on my counters and not moving things to clean. When they did move furniture to clean my first floor, they would not put it back in place (I actually had an ottoman in the middle of the room and chair sideways one day). The cleaning was average, the on-timeliness was a huge fail and attempts to fix any issues all failed plus they are one of the more expensive services.

Yards Maids did a outstanding job. They came to the house and did what they said they would do and it was done in the timely manner. We are now having them to come to our home on a regular bases . They are great !!!

They showed up early with 3 people and the estimate was for 1.5 to 2 hrs, the entire cleaning actually took 4 hours. There was no increase from the price quoted for the extra time. They did clean the condo from top to bottom, were very efficient, had all the correct tools and supplies. There were problem areas that took more time as in the plastic tray of the shower, shower door runners, screen door runners etc. The former owners weren't that diligent in their cleaning. I would recommend this company to anyone and would certainly use them again.

They took longer the expected but it was worth the time to get it all done. I recommended them to my family and they did my sisters apartment today before she brought her new baby home. Very stress free and worth every penny.

They arrived when scheduled, worked efficiently and thoroughly, were personable, and cleaned above and beyond our expectations. The amount of payment was definitely equal to the work completed. The entire house sparkles. We have hired them on a regular basis and recommend them highly for any of your housekeeping needs.

I have been using Yaris Maids for 2 years now and could not be any happier. The team efficiently cleans the house with exceptional professionalism. I have had several other cleaning services in the past, but none met my requirements like Yaris Maids does.

They did an excellent job! I could never get our showers to look as good as they did. They also did a wonderful job on the floors and were incredibly punctual.

Delia showed up a few hours after I called to deep clean my kitchen and bath and clean all sliders in my new home. They were quick, professional and reasonably priced. Would recommend them and use them again.

I was very pleased with the service and will continue to use them. There were 2-4 people working and they were very efficient. There was no rushing and the cleaning was a quality job. They did everything I asked them to do and more. My beds were made correctly with clean linens and they were very detail oriented. If you have a certain piece of furniture that does not need polish or a special polish is needed it is noted on the paperwork in advance and you do not need to mention it again. I feel very comfortable leaving Yari's crew in my home if I need to leave and it was the best cleaning service I have used since moving here and I have uses 2 others. I have paid less but also had less cleaning done and had to monitor all the work to make sure it was being done the way I would do it. This is not at all the case with Yari's service- the higher price equaled much more quality cleaning and zero stress.

I signed up for Yari's maid service special 6 hours for $169.00. A team of three came for 2 hours. This was my first experience with Angie's List, I was nervous after I paid with my credit card. I wondered if they were bonded, they are, and if the recommendation I read could have been written by a friend. I'm here to tell you they are for real. I got everything I ask for. Price was definitely reasonable. I am very particular and I couldn't be more pleased.

I had a different maid service, but was looking for that "A". I contacted Delia and explained the situation. We made an appointment for her to see my house on Saturday. She came right out (on time) and gave me a quote for bi-weekly cleaning. After looking around she was shocked to hear I already had maid service. There was much left un-done that they would be able to do for me - I knew it!! She explained it would be a bit more for the first cleaning to bring it up to their standards. so they would be able to maintain it on future visits. She said there would probably be 3 cleaners on that visit. Very reasonable prices... so we made the appointment for them to come out on Thursday. She showed up with her husband and one other cleaner ON TIME... they started working. I'm thinking she must have put in an emergency call for more help, because about 30 minutes later 2 more cleaners showed up. I'm not kidding when I say EVERYTHING was cleaned! Silk plants dusted, area rugs lifted and cleaned under, base boards, toaster oven, I keep finding things super clean that I just didn't expect to see... like the boards under my bathroom vanity. There were scuff marks there before Yari's got there... it looks SOOO GOOD! I had a coupon, that I simply couldn't in good faith use... They worked so hard I didn't want to discount it. I'm very very happy. They're coming back every 2 weeks. Their standards are high just like mine, so I expect this will be a long relationship :-)

I hired the service for my parents but, after about two months I also hired them for my house too! And have been using this service for almost a year now. They come and they clean, they are quiet. My home always looks and smells great for days. They never leave any mess they take the trash with them! They're kinda my own little cleaning elves! I love it! I couldn't be happier!

Overall, I think that this cleaning service company is very good. They charge a fair price for the services provided, they are flexible to your changing needs and they are trustworthy which is very, very important with housecleaning services. Our house is always sparkling top-to-bottom when they have visited. I would highly recommend this cleaning company.
