Yari's Maids

They were okay. I am not accusing them of anything, but I would watch them more closely. Three people came and so they did it quickly. They did it in a total of 2 and half hours.

Went great! Punctual for our initial meeting to give me an estimate. Punctual for cleaning. Inquired of the tenant any personal items with sentimental value that would not be touched; and explained what all they would do in the cleaning. Very professional.

False advertising I called Yari?s maids to ask about their $125 for 4 hours of house cleaning. The lady asked the square footage of the home and she immediately tried to up-sale me time claiming that 4 hours was not enough. I explained that in the past most maid services have finished our house in 2 to 2.5 hours. She persevered and was insistent that I should purchase more than the 4 hours. She was hesitant to take on the job with out the up-sale, and I directly tried to clarify why she would think four hours would not be enough to clean our house. I asked her if she was willing to do this or not. She agreed to it and I did get an email confirmation through Angie?s List of a date and time that we agreed on. When the two maids showed up, they cleaned and toward the end said that they did the best they could in two hours. When I explained that the coupon and purchase was for four, they directed me back to management. This is when the lady still had a hard time explaining about what was entailed in their coupon. But, I did finally got a clear answer. Their company did not disclose that their gimmick or advertisement really meant: 2 hours per maid. ?When you send two maids that equals 4 hours.? Also when booking this, the person who initially explained it never said she was sending two maids. On both accounts it was false advertising. The problem was I didn?t find this out until the two hours was almost over and the maid informed me of what I did not agree on. The service itself was below average. They did not vacuum the kitchen nor did they mop the floors. So two people cleaning a house was for 3 bathtubs and bathrooms, with a wipe down of my counter tops and vacuuming of the living area? Based on my square footage, other maid services have finished this in two hours. Especially since, there are only 2 people that live in this house, and only 1 bathroom is used in this house, and we just had service with a made 3 weeks ago, and we vacuum every other day? Very disappointed and we would be happy to answer any further question in regards to this business.

They were able to schedule me within a weeks notice before the holidays which was great! They were prompt, 3 girls came and their supervisor followed. She inspected the house and gave them directions from me. I asked for quotes to continue the cleaning on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. They cleaned for about 2.5 hours and did a great job! The house smelled so clean and I will definitely have them back! I gave the girls $5 each as a tip after.

Purchased the Big Deal through Angie's List 12/7/15. On the 11th I called and left asked for someone to please contact me for day and time for cleaning. Delia returned my call that night. I told her we have a 2 bed room 2 bath 1972 sq ft home. Asked her how many people would be coming to clean she replied 2 or 3 and she Delia, stays with her crew the first time they clean to make sure everything is done. They will be here for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. I said I purchased the Big Deal for $209 up to 8 hours of Deep Housecleaning INCLUDING OVEN and REFRIGERATOR, up to 3000 square feet. Delia said they would get it done in 3-3 1/2 hours. I asked if items listed under GENERAL Cleaning were included, never got an answer. Her and the crew will be here between 9:00-10:00 on the 18th. On the 18th I waited until 10:30, no call from Yari's Maids, took my dog down the street to the groomer. Back home at 11:00, Delia and ladies showed up a few minutes later. She asked if I had forgotten they were cleaning that day, I said no waited until 10:30, our appointment was for 9:00-10:00. They came in started cleaning. Asked Delia for a written quote to clean every other week. At 2:20 the groomer called the dog was ready. Told Delia I would be right back she said they were all finished. Reminded her the Oven and Refrigerator ARE INCLUDED, she said I should have told her when she first got there and per her agreement with Angie's List's those items are extra. She gave me my quote Every 2 Weeks $120.00 includes all worked they did that day!! Then why did I pay $209 ???? She just turned and left. I called her within 5 minutes about the BIG DEAL, $209.00, NO OVEN CLEANING, NO REFRIGERATOR CLEANING. She again said her AGREEMENT with Angie's List says they are additional items to be charged EXTRA. Told her I am calling Angie's List, she said that's Fine with her. I called Angie's, they have been very helpful.

Contracted for four hours of cleaning. They sent a team of four. After an hour they had cleaned 2/3 of the house, even though four hours has always been more than enough to clean our house. I asked why, they said they did a much more thorough job than others. Here's the play-by-play: 8:45 am, four cleaners arrive Cleaner: Do you have any special requests? Me: Nope. Just clean the house. 9:45 am, with about two-thirds of the house cleaned: Cleaner: Our four hours is up! Do you want us to stay and clean the rest of the house? Me: Um, what? Cleaner: We charge by the hour, and you bought four hours. Me: You couldn't clean the whole house in four hours? Cleaner: We clean a lot better than other people. This is a deep cleaning. Me: A what? Cleaner: When I came this morning, I asked if you wanted anything special. Me: And I said I didn't. Cleaner: That means you wanted a deep cleaning. Me: That's what that meant? Cleaner: Yep. Me: Couldn't you have just asked if I wanted a regular cleaning or a deep cleaning? Wouldn't that have been a better way of making sure everything was clear? Cleaner: The deal you bought was for a deep cleaning. If you call us back for regular service, we'll do a normal cleaning. Me: Oh. Cleaner: So do you want to buy more time? I guess I should have read the fine print more carefully. In any case, when I did a quick check of the house, several surfaces hadn't even been dusted, and the cleaning looked pretty normal. It was OK, but nothing special. I still have no idea how they managed to spend four hours on this.

Everything was as-advertised. They did a great job cleaning the house and communicated well in the scheduling, etc.

I am pleased with the cleaning service performed and will use in the future.

I paid for 3 maids for 2 hours each totaling 6 hours of Deep Cleaning for a 1250 sq ft home. First - They were 30 mins late with no call - NOT Punctual Second - 3 people for 6 hours of cleaning and they did NOT finish cleaning a 1250 sq ft townhouse. It is a 2 bedrooms and 2 bath but one room is completely empty. I live alone and the only person who comes over to the place is my girlfriend for dinner, so the place is fairly clean. If I could post pictures I would. Third - They did NOT even empty the trash can in the mater bathroom Fourth - Lacked professionalism, they were rude, argumentative when asked to clean the balcony and few other areas Fifth - When paying for service of $170 with hundred dollar bills, they did not have any change. They wanted to take the money to the market, purchase something and bring the change back. Such inconvenient. If you are running a business, you should have change to give to the customers. They couldn't take Credit Card in person, so I had to call the company and pay over the phone. Sixth - The manager over the phone had a lot of attitude and gave all the excuses on why they could NOT finish a 1250 sf ft home with 3 people. She did not even try to listen to me about my frustration with the crew that she sent out to clean the place. It was just the worst experience with a cleaning service my girlfriend and I had to deal with. I would NOT recommend this company, there are plenty of other services

I had a very limited window of opportunity and Delia replied to my request immediately and responded promptly to each of my questions. She was able to confirm an appointment for the following day. I purchased the Angie's List special 6 hours of cleaning for $189. This meant three people worked for two hours. We paid for an additional two hours to get a more detailed cleaning, including ceiling fans, etc. Our house was very dusty, we have hard wood floors and the master shower needed a lot of work. The team did a great job and Delia stopped by to speak with me. Everything absolutely sparkled when they were done. I will be asking them back soon and hopefully be able to begin regularly monthly service. I highly recommend Yari's Maids!

I am happy with the service provided by Yari's Maids. I needed a home cleaned in a very narrow time window (escrow closed on Wednesday and movers were coming Thursday). Yari's Maids made it happen and they were very responsive when I contacted them. They were a little late in arriving (about 1/2 hour) but they made up for it by working hard and sending two additional people without me even asking. When two women arrived, they got right to work. They were pleasant and professional. About an hour in, two more women came and they all worked extremely hard to get my home spic and span.

Yaris Maids to the rescue! Delia and her crew came to clean our house upon move out. They did an excellent job and we will use them again in our new home.

Frustratingly. Her workers didn't care about our stuff, they list things, Brooke things, constantly put my sheets and blankets on my bed sideways (how do you not notice this????). I've talked with her repeatedly, with no good results. Now we are missing an endive small gift that is never moved from its spot. Do not use, you will regret it.

I broke both my wrists the first of the year and was in desperate need of house cleaning help. Yaris Maids responded quickly with a home inspection and quote. I was added to their schedule and have received excellent service ever since. They come with a crew of 3-4 and are efficient and quick. They even change the sheets on my bed, which is a great help for someone with broken wrists. The house smells so clean and fresh when they leave. Delia is my contact person and she updates me and responds immediately to all text messages. The only good thing I can say about two broken wrists is Yaris Maids.

Delia and her crew are fantastic; always on time with a full crew of 2-3 that immediately set to working. If I have any special requests, they are prompt to follow up and get it done. I'm a little picky, pointing out baseboard tops or fingerprints on doors or cupboards, and they pay attention to my requests right away. It is a delight to have my home cleaned for me every 2 weeks, something I have never done, and I am so happy that we chose Yari's Maids. Thank you from the Nail Family!

The price was $135 for the first visit and $85 for once a month after that. The workers were fine. They completed the work in about two hours or so; they were prompt. They were fine. I probably would recommend them. The price was a little on the high side; I only have a one-bedroom condo. For that, it was a little high. I would not use them again in the future because I found somebody else. They were okay, but I switched to another provider.

Delia and her team did an amazing job cleaning my 1200 sq. ft. condo. I called the day before service and they were able to come the next day, which was very helpful. They were very professional and with a pleasant attitude. The price was a bit high, but it was worth it....especially compared to the last maid service I used. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend.

I was completely snowed under with a move, trying to make the new place livable and needed the old place cleaned on short notice. Delia was very accommodating and made it happen.

I have been using Yari's Maids for several months and they do a fantastic job every time. They really get to know the house and what it needs each time whether it is something added or not needed each visit, they clean so well and professionally from top to bottom. Attention to detail and always taking care of delicate objects etc. is what they do best.

It was good. Delia knows her business. She arrived at a special time on a Saturday with several people and went right to work. We had furniture being delivered and she understood that we needed the crew to be done at a certain time.

Yari Cleaning came through for me when I needed them. A month ago I came to Angie?s List and signed up, I was looking for help because I was beyond frustrated with the cleaning company I had previously hired. Upon searching I came across Yari Maids who had stellar recommendations from everyone. On a hope and a prayer I called them explaining my situation that I had hired a cleaning company, the week before, to come to our home to clean that day and they never showed up. The other company knew how important it was they come, because I was a cancer patient, and I had been in the hospital in a positive pressure room for the weeks before. Part of the requirements prior to coming home was that the home be deep cleaned. I wanted this done as close to the date I was coming home so the home would be as clean as possible. Love my husband and my daughter, but house cleaning isn't one of their specialties. I explained all this to Dahlia (hope I?m spelling that correctly), stating I was coming home the next afternoon and she offered to come herself the next morning. I let my husband know the good news that the owner of the company was coming, and to be patient with her as she was coming alone. That next morning promptly at 830, Dahlia came, but she didn't come alone. My husband called and told me she had come with 3 other people. Wow! He also told me that they were cleaning machines. Just like others had stated in their reviews, they came in and cleaned like crazy, very serious about their work. A few hours later they were done. My husband exclaimed about what a good job they did. When I got home and saw how awesome the house looked I was thrilled. In fact I?m having them come back monthly so I can take it easy in that respect. I?ll let you know if there?s any update, but I doubt there will be unless it?s more rave reviews.
