The technician Eric came out immediately within talking to someone in the office (the owner?). Both he and his partner were extremely friendly, helpful and informative. The partner even showed me a scrapbook of photos of hives he has been involved in removing over the years. Fortunately, I became aware of the bees moving into my eave by a neighbor walking by. Living here in the hills, I was used to seeing the swarms move around, so I was stunned to see them actually hanging out around my roof! The partner (sorry I don't remember his name) crawled into our attic and located a newly forming thin layer of wax in the wall. They had to kill the bees, and Eric sealed up the areas where they were crawling in. This is the second Angie's List provider I've used and I couldn't be more thrilled with the process and outcome. I constantly delayed getting people in to do jobs as I have had some terrible experiences with other providers--plumbers, appliance delivery guys, a screen guy--until I got on Angie's List. And then I was still nervous, but I'm getting my confidence up with being able to use good people.

. It went perfectly. They explained everything to us. We didn't want the bees destroyed, just moved as we have tree trimmers coming. They were prompt, friendly and efficient. We watched the returned bees, and they left in about 5 days. They explained that bees may once again find this tree, as it's got the perfect opening. If this happens we will call them again!

I called The Bee Man and the person who answered the phone was a gem! I told him I had a problem with bees coming in my home through my microwave air duct. He asked me to describe the problem and then asked me several questions. Apparently they were and quot;scoutand quot; bees and turning on my microwave vent fan was enough to have them move along. The kind man said if I continued to have problems to call him back. When I thanked him he mentioned he was there for information as well as service. How great in this economy to have someone provide information free of charge on the phone! If the bees continue and/or return, he will be my one and only call. Thank you so much!!

It turned out to be about 20,000 bees. He took pictures for me because I'm allergic to bees. He took out 4 foot honey combs from my walls. I didn't want the bees killed so I had him take them to a honey farm. He then treated the inside of the wall with stuff to repel them from coming back. He put stucco on the wall to patch it back up. He seemed to be a bit cocky at first but was genuinely really nice. He inspected and sent in a small camera on the 1st day. After that he did the work and it took two days. The wife that did the schedule can be a hard person to deal with at times. The man was terrific and did a great job. He does a good job and has been doing it for years.

We saw about 40 bees flying around the top of our firplace chimney this weekend and I found seven dead bees inside the house in my bedroom window. I called The Bee Man first thing this morning to request service. Gabriel Gomez was our technician and he was awesome. He was very professional and a very nice man. He climbed up our 2-story house and looked down the chimney. He did not find any bees. He said they were probably scouting the area. He sprayed the chimney and surveyed the surrounding eves and cracks to make sure there were no other points of entry. I was originally quoted $150 to $250 depending on the extent of service, but Robert did not charge us. He said and quot;I didn't do anythingand quot;!! What amazing service!! A rare find these days. I would highly recommend them.

He had a very quick response, he was very professional and the job was done efficiently.

He did an excellent job, was on-time and advised us to seal of the entry points on our roof. That was over a year ago and we haven't had a problem since.

I love that guy and he was fantastic. It is in an area which is very difficult to reach because it is on a hill-side. He looked at it and said that he was happy to move it for me, but also said that I should just leave it. He explained to me how bees interact with each other and he was amazing. He did not charge me anything for that visit. He was fabulous and I also called him again one day and told him that they swarmed one day. He told me to calm down and it was something that disturbed them and asked me to call him back if they are not back in the hive in 15 minutes. He clearly knows what he is doing and clearly does not want to take your money and is a wonderful man. I recommended him to my sister. I so love this guy.

He did an excellent job. He first educated us on bees and their habits and why build hives where they do and how to not have the same problem again. Then he removed the bee hive. He showed up on time and got the job done quickly.

I enjoyed his service. He came in and took care of our bee problem. They were honey bee's, and not really a pest just in the wrong place. He was very helpful, and very professional. He didn't kill the bee's either he took them away to a bee farm so they could use the honey they would produce. So I thought they were a very good company.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. AS YOU CAN IMAGINE, WE WERE PANICKED WHEN WE REALIZED WE HAD A BEE HIVE IN OUR WALL AND THEY QUICKLY CAME OUT AND HANDLED IT VERY EFFICIENTLY. THEY NOT ONLY REMOVED THE HIVE, BUT TREATED THE WOOD SO IT WOULD NOT REOCCUR.

MY PHONE CALL WAS RETURNED QUICKLY AND I WAS GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT TO DO THAT EVENING. THE NEXT DAY WHEN THE BEES RETURNED, AS INSTRUCTED, WE CALLED BACK AND THE TECHNICIAN PROMPTLY CAME OUT AND REMOVED THE BEES, PUT CHEMICALS INSIDE THE WALL WHERE THEY WERE NESTED AND SEALED THE AREA TO PREVENT ANOTHER OCCURRENCE.
