Steve and his team installed a pool automation system. He sold me the wrong unit which doesn’t control all pools and lights that I had asked for to be controlled. His installation was poor with wires looping all over the place and ugly looking. He point plank told me that the contract didn’t specify a clean installation and that would cost more. He even denied that a low voltage wire for the heater controller which was cancelled out, belonged to the heater and just left it sticking out of the conduit. I asked him to put everything in a conduit and he said it that a clean job would have cost me $2000 more. He tried to convince me that the unit he gave me was just fine even though it was too small a unit and not enough auxiliary controllers. He didn’t offer to exchange it for a larger one. And defused to accept that his install was poor on a multimillionaire dollar home. He is also short tempered and a bully. Beware
