Description of Work: They steam cleaned my carpets. They only real complaint I have was that they insisted that I fill out an evaluation form immediately after the cleaning. The form happened to be an Angie's List form. Well the carpet looked great while it was still wet so I gave them an outstanding rating. By the time it dried (& my wife came home) it was apparent that the cleaning wasn't as successful as it appeared.

Description of Work: I tried to schedule with them three times and when we scheduled an appointment, they called first to delay (which was not at all convenient for me) and then to cancel and said they would call to reschedule and didn't, calling me a couple of weeks later, after I had brought another company in to do the work. Very disappointing response to my needs. I had an emergency and they couldn't give me the service I needed so I had to find someone else.

Description of Work: Grout cleaned kitchen and entry. I couldn't examine it because it was still wet.the part I could see was ok, so I signed the form, but when the floor dried, there were parts of the tile that looked as if they had not even been touched.
