Description of Work: After paying extra to have the acid wash on our grout, it still didn't come clean. We ended up getting on our hands and knees and scrapping all the grout to get it clean.

Description of Work: Alex (Sky Blue Restorations) cleaned the dryer vent as contracted. He was courteous, professional, and offered helpful advice. However, there were a few issues that came up. First, he or the company missed the first appointment so I had to re-schedule another one. I was willing to overlook that but the second issue was bigger. Some time while cleaning the dryer vent, the Dryer Vent Flap was broken & lost. I found this out the next day when I was checking the air flow from the vent. I called Alex and told him what I had found and asked him to check his Wet Vac to see if it had been vacuumed up but he never returned my call. Then a few weeks later he called wanting to schedule an appointment for the Vent Cleaning, evidently forgetting he had already been at my house earlier. We discussed the issue and after we chatted for a bit he did remember that I had called previously asking about the Vent Flap. At this point he went to check his Wet Vac but didn't find anything. So that is where we left it. To sum up, my dryer vent is clean and my dryer works more efficiently, but my dryer vent flap is gone and it is very inconvenient to uncover & cover the vent every time I need to use the dryer. Bottom line is the "Big Deal" was great but it is going to cost me more money to repair the Dryer Vent Assembly.

Description of Work: Cleaned clothes dryer vent. Adjusted positioning of dryer to correct for bent/damaged exhaust tubing. Advised us about what was performed. Appears that they did the job well. We had to wait about 3 weeks to be serviced, however. Not a big deal, but since this was an Angie' List special, there may have been a lot of backlog created causing long wait times.

Description of Work: they came out and determined there was much more work to be done. at that time I did not have the additional $300- - $500 dollars they wanted to perform the additional work. Not sure they actually cleaned out the dryer vent - but closed it all back up. They were suppose to schedule another call back to discuss - but I have not heard back from them

Description of Work: Last year, 2013, I moved into my new house. Appliances in the house had not been well cared for and I was concerned about safety (as well as overall maintenance and cleaning) of the two fireplaces. After arranging the appointment and payment online, the Sky Blue team arrived on time, was very courteous and professional, cleaned and carefully reviewed the gas-lines, and overall safety of the fireplaces. The lead person spent time describing options for further work and/or upgrading of the fireplaces. I would definitely use them again.

Would not recommend.
Description of Work: Charged me 99.00 for two fireplaces. Changed the date to come a few times. Also, did not ever get back to me with repairs he claimed I needed. Not good at all.
