Description of Work: It was a terribly disappointing experience. They use inferior products (brought to my attention by the young man who came to my home, whom I felt sorry for) and the owner is a bully. I have shocking photos of the horrible service that shows they didn’t even CLEAN my floors, let alone polish them!

Description of Work: The following is what I e-mailed to Sky Blue Restorations yesterday as I was having difficulty in having them respond to multiple contacts re: rescheduling service they cancelled on us: ========================================= I purchased a $99.00 special , Coupon #Tile&Grout-1086921-1, from your company and my daughter, Nicole Rodekuhr, scheduled the grout restoration to be performed at the end of July (She called phone # (949) 215-9407)before the BigDeal expired. The address she gave your company was 2378 Paseo Circulo, Tustin, CA 92780. She stayed home that afternoon from work and your service person called to cancel an hour before they should have been there saying the machine broke and that he would call her to reschedule once it was fixed and would honor my coupon if past the coupon's expiration date. She has never heard back and left 3 voicemails at the # on the coupon and have emailed to the email address on the coupon with NO RESPONSE. I am at a loss as to how to have this service completed and need your assistance in making this happen. Please respond to Marsha Pare', 714.726.2489 or mjvpare@aol.com. Thank you. ============================================= Today I again called the number on the offer and actually reached Jorge (name on the form). He said he no longer offered a BigDeal via Angies List and I would need to contact you for a refund. I conveyed to him re: the multiple attempts we made to reschedule since they said they would honor the certificate due to their being unable to complete the scheduled procedure and he said he still would not honor the coupon. I asked him why his company did not respond to our multiple inquiries re: rescheduling and he just kept saying I needed to contact Angies list for a refund. I indicated to him I was even interested in doing more grout repair than what the Big Deal was for and he simply was not interested nor helpful. I am quite puzzled regarding his lack of wanting any business from me. He has a high rating and I definitely will not look to use his company for any future business.....BigDeal or not!!!

Description of Work: I purchased the chimney inspection deal through Angie's List. The technician was very prompt and answered all the questions that I had about my fireplace. As a new homeowner, trust me, I had a lot of questions. My chimney did not need to be cleaned because it turns out that the previous owners of the home never used it. Nevertheless he advised that I have it checked again in a year for safety's sake. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

+ -1 moreI purchased this angie's list deal, and the company called me within a few days! I hadn't even tried to get a hold of them yet, but they called me and set it up for a week later. They phoned me a few days prior to our appointment to confirm, which was helpful. The time window they gave me wasn't my favorite- 7-9 am on a saturday morning, but I figured the service might take awhile. They called at 8 to say they would be there in a hour, then arrived promptly at 9. The two workers introduced themselves, explained what they would be doing, and that they would put protective plastic down on the floor. They then brushed and vacuumed out the chimney, having warned me it would be loud. A few minutes later they were all packed up and done! The whole process took about 30 minutes. They were very polite and efficient. Aside from a clean chimney, you wouldn't have known they had been there! Great company- I would definitely use them again

Description of Work: Jorge was thorough and sent me his report the evening after the day he did the inspection. The report covered everything and was very helpful. Only thing is that he was about 15 minutes late and I had made a special arrangement to meet him early at his request. But I would hire him in the future to do another inspection; he seemed very knowledgeable about the mold problem at hand.
