I saw their coupon for carpet cleaning - 5 rooms and 15 steps for $140. A great deal, so I picked it up. Angie's list tells me I should expect a call within 24 hours. I never heard from them regarding scheduling, so I called and spoke with a guy who said he'd call back the next day. No call back. A week later, I called them again and set up an appointment. The day of the appointment, they called and asked to reschedule. Crap. I say ok, and we reschedule for 2 days later (now I'll need to take a long lunch instead of just getting it done on the weekend), but whatever. Time is of the essence, I'll see you in a few days. The day of the cleaning comes and I get a knock at the door. The guys have arrived, but they don't feel comfortable driving up my driveway to actually do the work. Let me be clear - it's a pretty steep driveway, but in 30 years of living there, about the only service vehicle that wasn't able to make it up the hill was a 20' moving van. Their pickup truck + trailer hitch really shouldn't have been a problem. So they apologised (they were polite through this - no complaints there) and said they wouldn't risk the truck on the drive up the driveway. They said they'd refund the coupon and then left. It's now been over a week and despite a follow-up call, I haven't gotten my refund.

I purchased the Big Deal and no one showed up or called. He said he called but we have no calls or messages. Even if he did, he didn’t follow up. I even emailed them after I purchased the Big Deal asking what they would charge for an additional unit and no one even responded to that email. I am no longer interested in doing business with them.

They were here for 30 minutes. They never gave me any confirmation of wehat they did. They left my hosue a complete mess. There were black streaks all over the floor that I had to clean up. they gave us no receipt and I called them after wards to ask for a receipt and they never called me back.

They did an excellent job. The carpet has never been that clean in a long time.

He was thorough and did a good job. He did not leave a mess, was really quick and was cheaper than the other guys. I will use him again in the future.

Upon arrival the young gentleman who did the carpet got started right away. He was able to extract alot of the stains left behind from my puppy, and also got up all the dog hair. He was very professional , and got the job done.

The owner Jorge was very friendly on the phone. He was able to accomodate the day and time I needed him to come. They also called 15 minutes before they got here like I requested. The owner's son Jonathan was the one that performed the cleaning. He was very friendly and professional. He described what he would be doing before performing the work, and asked if I had any problem areas in the carpet I wanted worked on. The cleaning was done within a good amount of time, and he showed me exactly what he did after he was done. He was also very helpful with answering my questions about mold--I told him I was considering having their company do that service next at a different time, but he looked at the areas I was concerned about and gave me a general idea of what they could do. Overall I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and quality of work.

Everything about this service was perfect. The price was right and the work was performed exactly as I had hoped. Three members of our family have allergy problems, and were having difficulty because of very filthy vents that had rarely if ever been cleaned in the 30-year old, 1040 square foot condo that we purchased in Laguna Hills. By the time Sky Air was done with the work, the air quality is superb and the allergy difficulties have disappeared. Johnathan's appearance inspired confidence, as he arrived wearing an immaculate, professional uniform with a bright white shirt. He was extremely well-spoken, concise and crystal-clear as he explained everything he was going to do. Johnathan scrubbed every vent many times with a brush, while a powerful vacuum whisked away the dust. When we looked into the air vents afterwards, they looked and smelled clean and fresh and "like new." Johnathan also cleaned out the furnace and dryer vent. The result is that the air quality in our home has finally become outstanding. When I asked about other things we could do to improve the air quality in our home, Johnathan made several suggestions that were crystal-clear and easy to understand, including purchasing a higher-quality furnace filter and repairing some leaks in our venting system. I plan to make those improvements next week, and I certainly will be phoning this company regularly in the future, because I trust them to maintain the air quality in our home.

Appointment made via email, and he came as scheduled. He was ready to assist us withing a few days of the appointment.

It turned out great! We're hoping to hire them back for other projects we have coming up as well.

I just called them up rather than using a big deal. Got a much better price for all the services combined. A little bit disorganized on the scheduling though. I called them up and needed to reschedule my original appt. We agreed on a new time and got a no show. Called up Jorge and he said that he wrote my appt on a piece of paper but forgot to transfer it to his master calendar. Had to delay a day and worker sent was about an hour late to new appt although understandable since he was coming from far up north and got stuck in traffic. All that said, it was worth the wait. I think this company is growing rapidly and worker sent mentioned they really needed to get a secretary to man the phones. Got some great tips from Jorge's employee and found the actual service to be excellent along with the excellent price so would definitely use them again.

He was a pleasant fellow. However, he didn't have a clip board when showed up for the whole house inspection. When arrived, he asked me to show him areas of concern. But, since the Big Deal was for a whole house inspection with a report, I found this to be odd that he would ask me where some possible trouble areas are. The most concerning is that the deal was for a written report and I got nothing in writing. He stated that he didn't anything about that. However, it is in the Big Deal description. I had nothing to show my husband when my husband asked for a report.

Sky blue arrived on time prepped the small half bathroom and closet with a plastic barrier to keep spores from entering rest of the house. Removed lower half of drywall in closet and bathroom then vacuumed both rooms with a special vacuume and sprayed with chemicals. So happy with the results, the mold smell is completely gone. Would totally recommend them to anybody!

Jonathan, the team supervisor exhibited excellent communication skills. The team, consisting of two men, worked very hard and diligently to our satisfaction. We are sure to call them again for future carpet cleaning jobs.

This was a terrific experience! I took advantage of an Angie's List special, Chimney Sweeping for $99. Having priced these services before, I knew this was a good discount. The day after I bought the special online, I received a call from one of the partners confirming the sale, thanking me for the business and offering a date of service two weeks hence. The call was professional and friendly at the same time .I received a confirmation call a few days before the appointment. I was told that they would arrive sometime between 10am -4 pm which was the original time. At 10:20, I received a call telling me they were about 30 minutes away. When they arrived, they were clean, professional and very friendly. They were very careful to keep my kitty indoors and even checked EVERY time they opened the door. I really appreciated that as some people will say yes they'll watch the cat and then leave the door wide open. They were patient and friendly as they explained that they would be covering the area surrounding the fire place and offered to cover any furniture, rugs that I was concerned about. They joked that if I wanted they would cover the entire room. The nice thing was that they meant it! Their attitude was so nice. They laid plastic and taped it around a wide area so there would be no damage to my rug. They also assured me that there would be NO Ash when they left. The procedure took about 35-40 minutes and they were getting their equipment out before I knew. What I really liked was they didn't rush the job and took time and care to move my furniture back and making sure I was satisfied. They even helped move my artificial Christmas tree into the garage. I have a broken back and could not even drag the thing! Boy did I appreciate that. This is an A-1 company and I heartily recommend that you use them. I'm telling everyone about this service in my neighborhood. BTW - There wasn't a speck of ash when they left:)
