On time, called before they came. Were polite, and cleaned up before they left.

i wasn't present but my friend's brother was. he mentioned they were only there for 20 minutes, tops! not sure how much the guys can clean in 20 minutes. floors were left dusty.

We did play phone tag for a bit but he did come over and did a super job!

They were very responsive and reached out to me almost immediately after I purchased the service through Angie's List. We arranged a date and time and they showed up at my doorstep exactly when they said they would. They provided an explanation of the process and completed the sweep fast. It was a great experience all around.

This company showed up late. Appointment was set for an 8-10 am. appointment, at 10:00 am, I received a call that they were running late, that they would probably were going to be here close to 11:00 am., they should up a few minutes after 11:00 a.m. In the process of cleaning the chimney, they got the carpet dirty and also my couch cover.

The gentlemen took steps to protect the floor and cleaned up after themselves well. They were very professional and courteous. I would recomend this company.

Signed up for the special of 99.00 and they chardged 130.00 because I have a brick chimney ?

They did not respond to the Big Deal purchase or even try to preform the service I had purchased.

Service provider arrived 2 hours after appointment scheduled which was 1 hour after calling to notify me that he was stuck in traffic on I-5. Upon arrival, he backed his vehicle into my fence breaking 2 of the planks and causing an incident with a neighbor. Once he got his equipment set up, he proceeded to clean the carpet in the room with numerous breaks to deal with calls from his office regarding the fence incident and the damage to the truck. The ad stated their equipment leaves the carpet almost dry with minimal drying time. It took more than 24hrs before the carpet dried sufficiently to move the furniture back into the room which I had removed prior, myself. Upon departure, I assisted him in disconnecting his hoses & handed them out over the balcony railing to discover one of my potted plants knocked over with the plant laying out of the pot.

I took a day off to wait for nothing.

I got the angies list deal which was for them to come out and clean my vents. They actually missed the appointment the first time. There was a miscommunication on their end. This was a bit negative for me, to have a service company miss an appiontment, but they were professional about handling it afterwards, were apologetic, and showed up promptly at the next time that we scheduled, got their work done quick and efficiently and were very easy to work with. At the end of the day, despite the first misstep, I understand these things happen and would use them again because when it comes to getting the dryer vent cleaned it's just nice to be able to call, get the work done effectively, and not have to worry about it anymore.

It went very well. They were very clean and careful, inspected and gave me some good recommendations. My fireplace works great now.

The arrival was on time and did an excellent job cleaning out our dryer vent, which goes up to the roof. I am very happy!

Great overall experience. It was a little rocky in the beginning trying to coordinate a service date - I think there was some miscommunications with regard to scheduling. But they rescheduled and showed up right on time and were in and out fairly fast. They did a great job - the carpets were pretty bad (by my standards) but now they look clean and fresh now.

The place needed air duct cleaning. Sky Blue was recommended to us. We called them, they did the job next day. Very good and fast response.

Jorge called to ask if he could arrive early for our appointment - fine by me! He showed up and was very efficient about getting down to business. We reviewed the work to be done and he set right on it. He explained the process and was responsive to my concerns (we bought the house a couple of years ago and had never had the ducts clean so I felt they might have been filthy). The cleaning took less time than estimated and the difference was instantly noticable in the performance and out put of our A/C system. The filter was replace and he told me how to properly care for it so that I wouldn't have to see him for another 2 years. He cleaned up and moved the furnature back into place before taking off. He even left me a mouse pad! Outstanding service from beginning to end.

The technician was a nice guy and he showed up on time. We counted the vents and returns (14 total), all of which are in the ceiling. there was one vent on the wall that I didn't want done because it had been painted over and I was afraid the paint would chip too much. After looking at the other vents, we noticed that they were all painted over too (the two returns were not). (We just moved into the house about a month before this service call.) After talking to the technician, we decided to open two vents (one per floor. The technician explained that attaching the vacuum machine to each vent and using a long brush (I assumed from the returns or some sort of access from the furnace), he would be able to brush out all of the ducts from the inside and the machine would suck away the gunk in the duct work. The technician was here for a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes. He hooked up the vacuum machine to each vent for about 20 minutes and during the time it was running, he spent most of his time outside on the phone. I think he was in the attic with the furnaces for about 15 minutes at the most. I never saw a brush of any kind come in the house and the upstairs return didn't appear to ever have been opened. I opened the downstairs one to show him the filter. He told me that he sprayed some kind of degreaser in the furnace/ducts to clean them out and that the ducts were pretty clean to begin with. I paid a total of $389. The quote was for $189 for 8 vents, $25 for each additional vent, and $45 extra for the second furnace. I never received an invoice or receipt, but was given a mousepad and refrigerator magnet. From the original phone quote, I was also supposed to get new filters but I was told the ones I had were fine even though the one I showed him (a washable one) had been cut too small to cover the whole return. I hesitated doing this review because i was hoping to work something out with the company (at least a partial reimbursement). I sent 2 e-mails (one to each of the addresses printed on the mousepad and magnet I was given) but I received no response. (I prefer to e-mail since it let me spell everything out and give the owner time to assess the situation and respond.)

I called the number indicated on my receipt and made an appointment for 8:00 am. I informed the agent that I needed to have that time or earlier (as opposed to a window) because I live alone and have to go to work. I waited until 8:45 a.m., when I was informed by phone that the inspector was tied up in traffic. I rescheduled for the same time a few days later. The inspector showed up at 8:20 a.m. As I said above, he had some sort of meter and would press it up against the wall or floor and say "there might be mold here" every once in a while. I finally asked him if that was all I would learn from the inspection, i.e., that there "might" be mold. He said yes, and that the next step would be for a mold remediation service to come in and do testing to determine if there was, in fact, mold. I then asked what was the point of paying him to do this inspection, since I am pretty certain that a mold remediation service would be able to locate where there "might" be mold without any report from his employer. He said that he was just there to inspect and report where there "might" be mold. On top of this, I have never received a report from this vendor. I therefore regard this "service" as useless and a complete waste of my time on two separate days.

they did a great job, left the carpets like new in no time. Nice people too. The only issue is that the postponed the appointment in a short notice

Great results. I am glad we didn't have a fire with all the lint caught in the vent. Will re-do next year.
