 + 0 moreThey came to do the service but it did not solve the problem. The service was not worth it all. They were responsive and they were on time and prompt. They thought they fixed it but that was not the case.
Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for $65.00 for a chimney sweeping and safety inspection. Our gas fireplace was not working and they came to clean and repair it. It might have worked when they left but it quit working immediately. They did not do the cleaning that was listed.

Description of Work: Showed up, said could not clean my chimneys because of a chain going to the roof lids. I appreciated his forthrightness. He said would tell Angie's list and I would get a refund. $198 (two big deals) I contacted Angie's list after not hearing from them. Long time wasted on phone. Angie's list said had to get back to me, left a number. I called left messages. No word back. Feel ripped off mostly be Angie's list!
