Sky Blue Restorations

Very good job in cleaning vent, but was almost an hour late from appointment/promised time.

They did a good job and were very accommodating.

When Sky Blue Restorations came out to do the job, they declined to do the job because there was a possibility that there was asbestos in the ducts. We have several neighbors that have houses built by the same company around the same time and have not had any problems with asbestos which makes me a little suspicious. I am getting a refund for the Deal rather than moving forward with the work.

Nothing out of the ordinary about how this story were to go.

Excellent phone contact and follow-up confirming appointment. Showed up on time with helper. Polite, clean, removed shoes before entering home. Cleaned up after job was completed. Satisfied with overall performance. Met my expectation. I would Sky Blue again.

Overall it went well. It was a fast and efficient service call. They cleaned up after themselves and the entire service only took about 30 minutes.

Sky Blue just came out today and said that because my air ducts were so old, there would be health concerns with cleaning them and they wouldn't be able to do the job. He recommended getting a refund on the Deal from Angie's List, which we are doing. He did arrive on time and was very professional while in our home.

The chimney sweeping job was a good one. They made the appointment in a timely manner and fulfilled it well. The only issue (why a B for professionalism) was that they kept calling afterward to schedule the appointment. Apparently, they hadn't realized that they had already come out. But it wasn't a big deal and probably a mistake anyone could have made. Overall, good experience. I would do it again.

Very good until we starting talking about remediation. When we started talking about specifics as far as how much and what gets done, Jorge didn't really have much info, which seemed strange, almost like they sub it out. Other than that they seemed very good for the initial testing phase.

Went perfectly. He was very prompt in returning my call and getting the work scheduled. He arrived on time, was quick and efficient and cleaned up after himself. No complaints.

I was charged $30.00 extra because of the type of chimney I have.There was a bit of a mix up on the arrival time but once they were here they got to work right away.I guess the chimney was fine because I wasn't told about any problems.They were polite and did the job they came to do.

The guys showed up when scheduled and did exactly what they were supposed to do. Cleaned up before they left. Very professional and nice people.

They came in and looked at our fireplaces. We have owned the house 25 years and never had the chimney cleaned. We had bought the $99 Big Deal for cleaning one chimney. I had noticed the small print said masonry fireplaces were extra, so I expected more. I didn't know what we had exactly - the chimney is brick on the outside so I figured we'd pay more. We have an old house with two fireplaces, one downstairs and one upstairs, that look like they use the same chimney. Jorge told us up front it was very unlikely they used the same flue. When he checked, he found that the upstairs flue was in the middle of the downstairs flue and split it into two, which meant they had 3 flues to clean! Jorge told us that he would charge us another $99 for the upstairs flue + 35 extra for masonry, the $35 extra for the downstairs masonry. So we paid for two full chimney sweepings, but at the discounted Big Deal price. He did not charge extra for the double flue. They did the work very quickly and were clean and from what I can see, very thorough. Jorge was very helpful and professional.

Called and booked an appointment. They showed up on time, were extremely professional and friendly. Provided the services requested at the prices quoted. Excellent experience.

They actually came early which worked great for me. My husband was not happy that I ordered this because our carpet is very old and we need to replace it and he thought it was a waste of money, but our carpet was really dirty and stained and we will not replace it until next year. We were having guests for Thanksgiving and Christmas and I was hoping they could make it look better. I was very pleased with the results and my husband had to agree it was definitely worth it! It looked so much better, it is white carpet and I can live with it now until its replaced. It did take over a day to really dry, but I think they had to use more water to get it clean. Made me very happy!

George was very communicative and came to my house at the scheduled time to clean. Half way through the cleaning his machine broke but he was very apologetic and scheduled another time to recline everything. He was very accommodating with my schedule and extremely professional. I highly recommend his services and have hired him for another job since.

I made the appointment then had to change it several times. He was very cooperative about rescheduling . As noted, my only criticism is that he missed our first schedled date. But that that, he offered to do the work without charge -- and was very nice and professional.

Simple chimney cleaning, quick and clean.

They called first to let me know they were on the way and arrived on time. They explained the process and moved furniture as needed. It was amazing how fast they completed the job. The weather was on the cool side, so it took about a day and a half to dry. The carpets look great. I would definitely call them again.

I found them listed and made the payment directly on the Angie's list website. I immediately received an email from them with the contact name and phone number and then within an hour got a call asking when i would like to schedule the service. The service was scheduled for 5 days later.

Once we managed to get a hold of someone, the experience was professional, easy, and quick.
