Very responsive people very professional and polite excellent service.

They took the vent covers off and ran a rotating line with a brush tip down the vents while vacuuming to remove the dust and dirt. Paint pealed where vents were removed, this could of been avoided if removed with more care. also over size screws were run back in where the original screws were so they do not match. Some of the original screws were left lying around and I could not see anything wrong with them. It was just a matter of the new screws have a bigger hex head are were run in easily with the power drill.

Very efficient - quick and easy - seemed nice. Wanted it cleaned because I know it is a fire hazard. Hopefully it was done correctly, though I have no idea how I would know that.

The guys from Sky Blue were prompt, efficient, friendly, and kept the job clean. I would use them again and would recommend them to a friend.

They arrived on time and performed all the work I had requested as well as some extras that I had not previously planned for. Everything was performed as scheduled and the proprieter was very professional and pleasant to work with. Considering all the work I had done in two different houses, I think the price was very reasonable. My only complaint is that the assistant did not tell me he had removed a washer from a hose he used. It was only by luck that we found it. In spite of the washer oversight, I would use SKy Blue again.

They called ahead and were even early. The work was done quickly and professionally. I planned ahead and put down protection for my carpet which was a good idea as their machine is on wheels. Jorge explained that since my vent is so short I would not need to have it cleaned very often. He suggested every 3 years or so.

I had contacted the owner, Jorge to do carpet cleaning with spot removal in my home. Per his ad, the cost was $79.95. When I spoke to Jorge, I told him I had stairs and he said that the cost was $3.00 per step. I have 14 steps. So the total he quoted me came up to $112.00. Fair enough so I asked for a morning appointment and January 14th at 8 to 11 AM was scheduled for me. On the morning of the 14th, Jorge called me and asked if he could reschedule me for the next day since his worker called in sick with the flu. I said that is fine so the next morning, a white, unmarked van pulls up to my home and the worker walks through the house and said areas of the carpeting need shampoo and special spot removal treatment. The problem came when I trusted the worker and agreed to additional treatments that added up to a grand total of $251.90 (remember this company is a trusted Angies list company) I went about my business and half way through the work I noticed the worker getting hot water from my faucet and adding the hot water to an electric portable machine, the kind you can rent at any grocery store and when I asked him about the steam cleaning, he told me that the hot water does just as good as the steam cleaners. I called BS on that! Then I asked him, Where was the Hydromaster mobile cleaning plant that is part of Sky Blue's cleaning deal? he said that the truck was broken down that is why the did not come on monday. Anyway, I told him that Jorge told me his worker was sick. Lie #1. Since he was half way through I opted for them to complete the work. After all was finished, the worker said to make the check out to "Macias cleaning service" I said wait a minute! I hired sky Blue Restorations! The worker said Sky Blue uses them all the time. I reluctantly wrote a check and was furious. I treated the worker with respect thats why I paid him since he did do the work. I could have easily put a stop payment on the check but I didn't. I called Jorge and told him of my displeasure of the "Bait and switch" tactic he pulled on me. I demanded Half my money back. I have not heard or seen anything yet. As for the results of the carpet cleaning, I would say average and it too over 2.5 days for the carpet to dry. Sky Blue's ad states that the carpet would be dry in 1-3 hours GUARANTEED! Also the worker wanted to charge me an additional $10.00 for doing the bathroom, the quickly realized that he had better just include that in the final price since it was his oversight. Keep in mind SKY BLUE RESTORATIONS advertisement states " ALL OUR CARPET CLEANING JOBS INCLUDE: Spot removal, Shampoo, Pre Conditioning, Steam deep cleaning using or Hydromaster Mobile Cleaning Plant" So consumer beware!! I feel like a dope for being duped by an Angies list recommended company.

We purchased services from this company for furnace cleaning with unlimited vents thru an Angie's List coupon. We also purchased the dryer vent cleaning at the same time. George showed up on time, and worked very efficiently. He was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. We feel that we got our money's worth and would certainly use this company again.

Carpet cleaning was done in a timely manner. Sky Blue Restorations was courteous and very reasonably priced.

The two guys from Sky Blue showed up on time to our appointment, calling ahead to confirm. They explained the process that they would use to clean the chimney, and went to work. One worker on the roof dropped the electric cleaning sweep down from above, while the second mounted plastic over the fireplace and vacuumed as the cleaner ran. Quite quick... probably took only 10 minutes. They were very fastidious about cleanup, making sure nothing dirtied the floor. Luckily my chimney was in good shape, and wasn't terribly dirty from the previous homeowner. I was quite happy with the service and price.

I contacted Angies to make an appointment for the chimney cleaning service in August. Basically we set up a couple of appointments, however due to inclement weather the provider had to cancel the appointments. The contract was completed December 4, 2012. I imagine that this is quite a distance for a chimney service offering a reduced price, but the serviceman advised that he did have other appointments in my area the same day. The provider was professional, explained what he was about to do. I would do business with this company again, but probably during the summer months.

They contacted us quickly and the work was performed within a couple days of purchase. They did a great job and completed in less than 2 hours. Would definitely use them again.

Jorge called me this AM to ask if they could arrive early. They arrived right as expected. After doing a walk around, and my explaining there are two cats in the house, Jorge agreed to bring equipment inside and to keep the front screen secure. Jorge was very good about explaining what they would be doing. Even though the vent covers were painted on with many previous owners' paint layers, he carefully cut the vents free. Very little chipping of paint. Cleaning was effective and relatively unmessy. They vacuumed up all debris. While here I asked if they could also do the dryer vent (at an additional cost) which they did from outside the unit. I asked Jorge about replacing the dryer hose; he recommended against doing so--said it was fine and to do so would be a waste of money! What company does that? I also purchased an electrostatic filter to replace the current one...made specifically for the return opening. Should help to continue the air quality improvement. Excellent service...caring, clean, and early arrival! Very happy customer!

Got a deal through Angie's List for this company. It cost only $147 for 1,800 square feet of cleaning. However, spots were left and I had to get on my hands and knees to scrub them out myself afterwards (and they came out). Good deal, but still, they should make more effort to get spots out if they want return customers.

We wanted the dryer vent cleaned for safety reasons, not because we were having any difficulties. The offer price was good. The response was good and the workers who came to our house were punctual and looked clean and professional. The attitude of the owner was not good, nor was their work or cleanup good. I am going to have the vent rechecked by a trusted professional. The response to our problem when we discovered they had not properly connected the flexible hose was not good. I would not have them again, and would not even consider them for whole house vent cleaning.

He arrived at 11:45. He could have called me to tell me I was not his first call. I did not need to be up and dressed since 8 a.m. 2 men came. Jorge handed me his card and said he needed me to print out the big deal. So I did. I explained about the bird possibility in the chimney and said I did not want to see any dead animals. He said fine. He wanted to look at the chimney. We live in a 2 story home with concrete tiles on the roof that look like clay. He insisted they were clay and he would not go up the roof to check the top of the chimney. I asked him how he can complete the work if he doesn't check the cap on the chimney? He said it was fine???? The 2nd man ran a vacuum up the chimney and used a scrub wire brush. Since there has never been a fire, I did not think it was necessary to run for 30 minutes, but he did. He did find a dead bird. Now I am even more concerned because if the cap allowed 1 bird in the chimney, how do I know more birds won't fall in. I asked Jorge to please go up and check and he insisted that he would not. He claimed he checked around the development and everyone has a cap on top of their chimney. But I pointed out the dead bird, how did a bird get into my chimney if it is having a proper cap. He claimed there would be a gap that a bird could go into. I got the feeling he just did not want to finish the job properly. I really feel cheated. They unplugged several appliances for their tools and did not replug them. Coincidentally, my cordless phone was broken after they left.

Signed up for chimney sweep service, emailed Sky Blue Restorations. Never heard back.
