They did what they said they were going to do. They were very neat and didn't leave a mess.

The company contacted me promptly to set up a time to perform the tile / rout cleaning and sealing. I expected the price to be higher due to the size of floor space to be cleaned. As the company began the work they pointed out streaks on the tile and told me they needed to strip off the old seal. They showed me the streaks and asked if I wanted to proceed. I agreed that the floor looked worse and agreed to have floor stripped before re-commencing work. The crew needed to get the chemical to proceed. At the end of the job we did not walk around to verify all work had been done satisfactorily (my fault). Some small areas were missed in corners and by door, but were not a major issue. At the end of the job I asked for a itemized bill of the work performed. The crew chief said he would send me a bill that evening. After waiting a week, I called Jorge Vilchis and asked for the bill. He also told me he would send me a bill via email. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for that bill. While overall I am initially pleased with the work, I will need to see over time how the work holds up.

Once we were able to set an appointment, I was contacted by their service rep to confirm the time and address. They arrived in good time and confirmed the services I requested. Then they measured the area that was to be part of the special, and then the areas that were part of the regular cleaning. I had the areas cleared out (you need to check with the head office on whether you should move stuff or whether you want to pay a charge to have it moved for you -- luckily I did not have a lot to move and was able to do it quickly). They were a two-man crew - both efficient, professional, friendly and sharp! Making good notes of any hard-to-reach areas or other obstacles and asking my advice on how to proceed. They did a fast and thorough job, taking time to wipe away any splashed dirt from the wall trim, etc. Excellent team! Alex was the crew leader, and he's an excellent ambassador for this company. His team mate (sorry, but I did not catch his name) was also top notch!!

They missed the first appointment. The second appointment kept getting pushed up later and later into the afternoon/evening. The thired appointment, they showed up on time. The guys were very polite but didn't have good brushers or the muscle power to scrub the grout, and it WASN'T very dirty to begin with! Two of them were there for less than an hour, which made the job quite pricy.. The grout that looked the best, when all was said and done, was the area where I got down on my hands and knees with a firm brush, and showed them what needed to be done on the high traffic areas.

They didn't arrive at all today, I recieved no phone call. So I called them and talked to George the owner. He was clueless as to what was going on. He was lacking an sense of customer service. He was unaware of the entire situation. He had a hard time recalling my service as if he did now have a work chart for the various jobs today. When I asked what time I could expect my technician, he had no idea. He said he would call the technician. The tech then called me and he said he was on another job and said he would be there soon. I said I needed a time since I was told between 8am-noon and , he said 3pm,This was totally unacceptable since I was already inconvenienced. I called George back since I did not hear back from him after I spoke to his tech. . I asked the tech to tell George we needed to cancel, the tech had not called George to cancel for me. Basically I was getting the run around between employees. At the end of the process I received no apology and George the owner accepted no blame for such poor service. Buyer beware with this company.

I called and left a message. No one called back. Finally got in touch with someone and set up an appt and no one showed or called.

They cleaned my grout. We had tenants in the house and the grout was awful. 1. They were a no show the first time without a phone call or anything. The owner felt bad so he said he would come to the next appointment himself. He did not come, he sent others in his place...whatever. 2. They did a great job on most of the tile. I walked through and found places that were completely ignored, they cleaned them after I pointed them out (even though it was obvious). Then after they left I found that they had not moved something out of the way (a small piece of flooring 12" x 12") so the flooring under and behind it was completely ignored. My advice; they will clean the grout, but you need to go behind them and point out the areas that they missed. Overall it turned out to be a good buy. They were very nice and professional.

It took care of the problem, without being very invasive. We were pleased with that.

This company ruined our kitchen floor. They used a chemical to supposedly clean our limestone tile. The process took off the shine so now it is all dull. In addition it looks like there are hundreds of water stains everywhere. It looks infinitely worse than it did before their cleaning work. When my wife called them to get them to fix the problem the guy yelled at her and told her she should have known that this would happen. Excuse me!!!!!!!! I have since found out that we'll have to spend about $1000 to clean the tiles properly and reseal them they way they are supposed to be sealed. Additionally I had to call them several times to get them to respond when I initially paid for their service online. This company is horrible. I would not recommend anyone to use them.

. Ad stated "whole house" air duct cleaning- UNLIMITED vents and returns. When he showed up, first thig he saild, was since we had two motors, he would only clean those vents that were associated with that unit, and it would cost me an additional $200 to clean those other three vents. Everytime he came and left thru the front door, he left it open and then on the way out I noticed a large gash on my wooden front door.

Pretty good, for the most part. I have a large home so my cost was more than the advertised price.

It was a good experience. Everything turned out perfect, they were professional, and did a good job.

I have been trying to contact this provider to honor a Big Deal purchase on Angie's List. I have contacted them directly this past Sunday, but they have not called me back and it is Friday as I am posting this. I am still wanting this service but I need someone to get in touch with me right away. I should not have to continue to calling them back. It should only take one phone call to make an appointment.

Overall the experience was fine. They arrived when they said they would, they were up front about extra charges. The process was done neatly and they cleaned up after themselves very well. My one admonishment would be that they were hard to communicate with. I emailed them after purchasing the coupon on Angie's list but no one responded after 3 working days. So I found time to call them and was able to schedule them quickly. They did not ask any questions about our floors nor did they offer any information up front about what would happen on the day of the cleaning. We were a little surprised at how they measured our floor and so we were hit with additional fees which I expected but hoped they would not be $200.00 more. But the price was fair and they did adjust some of the extra fees ... I just wished someone had come out and measured before we had the service. I learned to be more pushy about getting questions answered instead of being rushed on the phone during the scheduling. I will use them again and am glad we found them on the List. Just ask more questions up front.

They arrived 30 minutes after the 1 and a half hour window they gave me. Did the work very quickly and the floors were soaking wet and when they finally dried, they were sticky. They don't look any better than before, in fact, they look worse.

I had been remiss in getting dryer vents cleaned in many years. Easy to schedule and work with. They did a tremendous job of removing a huge amount of lint without leaving any mess behind. I got an appropriate and deserved explanation (but not a lecture) on fire safety.

The were on time, courteous. And considerate of the fact I work from home. They came in, did their job and left No hard sell for other services, just a thank you a business card and good by

Alex called us about a half hour before their appointment to let us know they were on their way. When they arrived he and Jason set about covering our carpet and rugs with a plastic covering. They then asked me to show them the areas I wanted cleaned then they explained to me what the procedure would be like. They started in the kitchen by steaming the floor then sprayed the grout and scrubbed until each square ft. of grout was cleaned. I was very impressed as some areas were pretty stained but Alex and Jason kept scrubbing until the area came clean. At one point Jason said, "If you see any area that you don't think is clean enough please show us, because we are here to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with our work." After the kitchen we went into the master bath where they were to clean the grout on the counter top and shower. They did an excellent job of both and worked especially hard in the shower. There was some previous staining in the shower and with some muscle from Alex and Jason they were able to make the stains disappear. After the cleaning and sealing of the grout they returned our area rugs to the places they had been prior to moving in their equipment. I am very happy with the job they did. I think Alex and Jason did more than required. There were some very difficult areas to get clean but they didn't give up. They also, without me asking, did a couple of other grout areas just because they wanted me to be satisfied and they thought the floor would look better.

We purchased an air duct cleaning Angie's List big deal. After the purchase, the service was scheduled for a couple days later. The company did not arrive on time but once here did a good job. They were professional, and offered good advice about maintenance of the ducts. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

Everything went very well. The guys were very nice. They showed up on time, charged what they said they would, and I would use them again.

At first I thought they were fast and did a great job. They called the next day after I made the purchase of the Big Deal to schedule an appointment to do the work. After finding out from ARS that they did not do the work of what they claimed they were going to do, I was really frustrated. My son has allergies and Sky Blue said that they would be able to fix that new filter. They said it would be the best and that I would never have to replace it.
