They called me as a reminder. It wasn'tconvenietn at the time and I asked them to call again in about 3 week. Theydid so and we set an appointment. On the appt. day, they caled to see if an earlier time would be convenient as they had cancellations and were in the area. I had an appointment so my husband worked with them when they arrived. Two me cleaned the air ducts and were leaving when I returned. Everythng was clean. They recommended a permanet air filter for the furnace with a life time guarantee. We may consider it at a future time. Wasn't a hard sell. Also suggested they can clean the furnace and air conditioner at a later date. Good experience.

I was pleased with job and experience.

I originally scheduled an appointment on Monday, March 11th from 8am. to 11am. Around 11:30am. I called them to find out where they were. They said they had tried to reach me to confirm the appointment but the phone was busy. Since they couldn't confirm the appointment they sent no one and never bothered to call back. I re-scheduled the appointment for Friday, March 22 from 8am to 9am. About 9:30 I got a call saying he would be here in 20min. Once he arrived the appointment went fairly well. I don't think he cleaned anywhere near the 350 sq. feet of tile and grout that was promised. He did however, fix the cracks in my grout and made the shower look better. Another thing that bothered me was that they want you to fill out the Angie's List review in their presence before they leave. This can be intimidating.

I am very satisfied with the service and will use them annually to perform the service again.

George was very good about contacting me to schedule a date of service after I purchased the $99 deal. I was impressed at first. But then he arrived and told me it would be $30 more for the type of chimney. This apparently was in the fine print of the deal. He was in and out of here in 30 minutes max. It seems like a lot of money for such a short time.

sent 3 e-mails and didn't get a response. When I called, everything went fine so It seems they might not be checking e-mails. He showed up on time, did the work and cleaned up afterwards, so all was good.

I was called a week after purchasing the coupon and when I returned the call to schedule, Jorge seemed irate that I was requesting a Saturday service. I was given an appointment 3 weeks out, earliest available, with arrival time of 8-12. I asked for a confirmation call the day prior and was denied. I asked for a courtesy call the day of so I may be given a more narrow window but was told they could try to call 30mins before arrival. I got the impression that was the best I was going to get. On Saturday, I waited and waited until 11:29am and was informed by the worker that they were leaving downtown LA and would take 30 mins to arrive but with LA traffic, "you just wouldn't know." They arrived at 12:20pm and done by 1pm. I wish I had been given a more realist arrival time as I could've planned my morning better. The 2 men arrived and got to work right away. They were pleasant and efficient. They did not wear shoe covers but we have wooden floors. The work was done but it took my husband to ask a few questions for them to look up the chimney and give us an assessment of their "inspection". The vacuuming done could probably be done next time ourselves so I don't see much value to hire someone unless a repair was necessitated. I would suggest for the company to issue the workers extra shirts so that at least when they arrive to each new job they would appear clean, even if it is always a very dirty job. Again the workers were very nice and worked efficiently but I don't see much value in this service at this price now that I know what is done.

We made the first appointment for them to show up on a Saturday between 8-12 and they called at 6:30 that morning to cancel, saying they didn't realize were we lived and rescheduled. When they showed up for the appointment, we were very disappointed. They hardly covered up any service of our house to protect it from the soot, placing there equipment on our rug unprotected. The actual cleaning took all of 20 minutes to complete and we could still see soot falling as he pulled the cleaner out. We explained that it didn't look finished but he assured us it was. The biggest disappointment was the so called 21 Point Fire Inspection. It involves shinning a flashlight up our chimney, that is all. That is a 1 point inspection, not a 21 point inspection. When we pointed this out to the worker, he said it was extra to have a camera look at the whole chimney. I tried calling the owner while the worker was still here and couldn't get anyone, however the worker allegedly called him to say we were disappointed. Don't use this company, this was a fraudulent deal and the company is a scam. We are not only disappointed in BlueSky, I am disappointed in Angie's List. We use them to protect us from situations just like this and they should be able to protect their customers.

After no contact from them to me I had to request Angie's list personnel to help me. They could not get them to contact me. I finally asked and received a refund from Angie's list. I appreciated the follow thru by Angie's list personnel. Angie's list gets and "A"

It went OK. They were there very briefly and didnt explain the process. We arent even sure what exactly they did. We asked if they inspected and they said yes; but we didnt see them go on roof to inspect the whole chimney

The company showed up on time at 1:00pm on the day scheduled, which was 3 weeks after payment was made. All work was performed from inside my house, in my den with a laminate hardwood floor and brick hearth. NO tarps or other forms of floor or room protection from dust were used. I was told the vacuum contained and controlled all dust. After they left, I noticed I still had some soot on the edges of the glass screen which I cleaned up. My granddaughter (18 months) came back from her Dr appointment and took a nap. She woke up at five and went into our den to play. It 'looked' clean. She began playing with her blocks and we noticed her hands and face were covered with dark streaks. We have checked her blocks, the floor, hearth and her nearby toys. Running our hands along these areas we come away with soot streaks from everything we touched. We are now cleaning all these items.

think we expected too much. We ordered tile & grout cleaning and sealing from Blue Sky with an Angie's List coupon. They came out to measure and quote--we had a lot of tile and grout to clean--we knew the amount of tile we had exceeded the square footage of the coupon. Blue Sky made us an offer to perform cleaning and sealing on all our tile and we accepted. They showed up on time and performed the work, but the grout wasn't cleaned to my satisfaction (the tile was beautiful). We called them and they came back out and explained that the grout would not be able to be cleaned to our satisfaction, and that it would require taking out the grout and regrouting the tile in some areas. To their credit, they performed the job again (with considerable extra time) and the grout was much cleaner the second time around. In all honesty, we wouldn't have paid $800 to have the tile cleaned and sealed. We've done that job before and it's a pain, but to save $800 we would have performed it ourselves. The grout cleaning and sealing was the primary purpose of buying their service. If we knew in advance that it wouldn't clean to our satisfaction we wouldn't have purchased. I would say my complaint would be that they should have been more clear up front if the grout would not clean up properly.

Company was very responsive and flexible to meet my schedule. Technician was on time and communicated well with me prior to his arrival. Very professional. I am disappointed with the antiquated equipment that was used and in particular did not have a scope to view the duct interior. A before and after would have been nice.

Arrived on time and did the cleaning and inspection in about 1 hour. Advised us that we need to watch for potential cracks in the fireplace wall around the area that we put the wood logs and that we could patch any that might appear by getting the repair patch at Home Depot. We were pleased with the cleanliness and the way they approched their work.

When I spoke with him to set up the appointment, he told me that he could only do the appointment on a Saturday. When the time came, he said his machine broke so we'd need to reschedule and he'd call me back. I never heard back from him to set it back up so I got the Big Deal refunded.

They came when scheduled and completed things within a timely manner. They also cleaned up very well.

The schedule was set up incorrectly and when the day came for the company to come out and do the job they failed to perform. They called eight minutes before the last time that they were supposed to show up and they were not here for another hour or so. We went back and forth three different times to get an appointment scheduled. I finally cancelled the deal.

Travertine floor seems liked it was cleaned and sealed. Granite counter top still has mineral despots around faucets. Travertine shower stall may have been sealed but not well cleaned. In fact, sealant seems to have been sprayed over a glop of shampoo. Grout in the the kitchen counter and floor was cleaned and sealed but already staining again. It was an excellent deal for cleaning and sealing but I did expect that the travertine and granite would be really cleaned before sealing. I also expected the grout sealant on the kitchen counter to be more impermeable to stains.

Overall, this was a good experience. We have hexagon tile, so I think it is harder to get clean.

Jason showed up on the day promisd and had called in advance. He explained to me what he was planning on doing and asked if I had any questions. There was some discussion about cleaning the smoke shelf and Jason promised he'd hit it with the vaccum cleaner. Initially an attempt was made to ream out the chimney from inside the house going up the fireplace. Apparently the initial approach was chosen because of a cap on top of the chimney. Once I explained the cap was easily removed a second attempt was made. Jason taped up the fireplace opening and reamed the chimney from the roof. Then clean up began vaccuming out the debris in the fireplace. True to his word Jason did get the smoke shelf vaccumed. It seems the regular fireplace guy was out sick and Jason who usually cleans tiles was filling in. Jason workd very hard and was an exceedingly pleasant person. All in all this experience indicated to me that this company is a provider of cleaning services. For straightforward jobs the price is right and they show up on time and are eager to please.

What do you want to know? The company was effective and efficient. They cleaned the tile and the grout--which was severely stained--and sealed both. Jorge and his helper knew exactly what needed to be done and they had the equipment to do it.

I have been having a terrible time getting a hold of the company and getting the test results for the types of mold growing in my rental property. My insurance company really wants the information and an estimate for what it would take to handle this mold problem. They have had the test results for over a week and have promised to e-mail me and fax me the results but I havent recieved anything yet.

Two fellows arrived to do the job, one was on his first day. The first day guy was very helpful. I give him an "A" for trying to do customer service. However, he was limited in what he could do because the other guy was the senior employee. My concerns: 1) The vacuum they used to clean out the fireplace spewed dust into the room. Dust was visibly floating/hanging in the air and landed everywhere. This dust has got to be very unhealthy. I pointed this out and the new guy wanted to correct the problem but the the other guy seemed unconcerned. The new guy removed and shook out the vacuum filter and wrapped a rag round the filter in an attempt to prevent the problem. This did not remedy the problem and the same thing happened when they turned on the vacuum a 2nd time. I wiped a table top surface and the cloth was black with the soot. So I now have fireplace soot all over my room instead of inside the fireplace. 2) The also told me a chain needed to be hooked up in the flue and they were going to do it. The new guy showed me the chain, he headed back to the truck to get a tool, I think. They sat in their truck for about 10 minutes and then drove off without saying anything or connecting the chain. 3) All of the work was performed inside my house. In the past, other companies also went on the roof and cleaned from the top. They did not do this. I can't recommend this company for this service.
