The service went well. The only hiccup for me was the communication beforehand. I'm not used to working with a company that doesn't use email. I mean, they had it, but they were very spotty on the response. I can't use my cell phone at work during the day, and they don't answer the phone in the evenings, so setting up the appointment was kind of an ordeal. Once it was set, everything went great. I just wish they had an office person to email to set up appointments.

I thought they did a great job. They were professional. The guy that came out unfortunately had a partner sick that day so he came out by himself but he came out rather than cancelling.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good and they did a good job. They were very punctual. He called me and I had to reschedule and he called me back. I had no issues and I would call them again.

They called ahead to tell me they were on the way (well within 2 hour window). Courteous, work was done quickly. Definitely recommend.

The company had a special going on, so called the owner and scheduled an appt. Jason showed up. He did what he was supposed to do with professionalism. Over all, I am happy with the service. However, I would give them a "F" for the post-service attitude. I wanted Jason to do the dry vent cleaning as well, but because my home is a free standing building with the vent built on the roof, Jason would need a taller ladder to get up and he didn't have one. He told me he would have to schedule another appt to come back and I told him that's fine. Well it's been more than 2 weeks now. I left Jason and the company owner messages and no one replied. They probably think that it's not worth their time for the price, but don't leave customers hanging if you say you are going to call back. Even if they can't do the job, they should still call people back to let them know.

Sky Blue called me to set up an appointment. They gave me a courtesy call the morning of the appointment & came within the estimated time frame. Miguel was efficient & removed a lot of list!

Miguel gave a courtesy call. He came on time. Set up was quick and smooth. He did a good job and explained the process to me. Everything was done in 1.5 hours.

Miguel called to confirm appointment. Arrived on time, worked steadily on pre agreed upon projects. Provided information about all work as he went.

I'm happy with the work performed, happy with how the work was explained before and during the process. I feel like the company is professional and knows what they're doing and I would hire them again. It doesn't get much better than that.

Alex called ahead on time Alex was very polite and answered all my questions Alex was professional and pleased to work with.

Overall, the service was great. I only gave it a 'B' because they could only tell me the areas where mold appears to be present. In order to verify this, they would have to take a sample, get it tested, etc.... Once I get additional estimates, if the company's quoted price was reasonable, I would use them again. The person answered my questions and seemed very konwledgeable. It's really hard to tell overall expectations with these deals, so i gave the price a 'B; becuase I have no other reference point to determine if it was fair for the work or not.

He did a good job for what I contracted him to do but I had a few issues with other portions of it. He left a vent off in a room. He didn't speak English so it was tough to understand him. Someone in the office didn't place the order for the filter so I had to call them and I finally received it. I have had better service with other providers.

The representive of the company was very professional and courteous. However he promised the lab results much sooner then he dellivered them and I had to keep calling him for the results.

I had an estimate for 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 hallways and 2 staircases for $150. It seemed too good to be true. It was. The workman, who was nice and professional, who worked very hard to avoid marring my newly painted walls, told me up front that he didn't think the hose he brought was long enough to reach all the rooms. But if it did, he would have to (after calling his boss), charge me $60 more because of all the staircases. I agreed. He seemed to do a good job. As predicted, the hose did not reach 2 bedrooms. I suggested that he come back with more hose and finish the job, but (after another call to his boss), he said he would ot be coming back unless i paid a $50 surcharge for gasoline. We agreed on $120 for the areas completed.

I cancelled originally but contacted them in February to come in March, they never showed. I scheduled for April 16th, they never showed. I called the afternoon they were supposed to come and they forgot and said "Oh I saw that we were supposed to come". So I rescheduled today and they said they'd be here at 10AM and again, they did not show up.

Service provider called in advance to verify and ask regarding tim and location. Arrived as planned and was thorough, diligent and efficient service. Thoroughly explained everything.
