They arrived on time and completed work quickly.

Tile was cleaned, but caused it to fade. I thought they would seal it but they did not.

Angie's Big Deal to clean dryer vent., which I have read can cause fires if not done regularly. Repairman arrived on time cleaned vent through the wall. Professional and gave tips for regular maintenance. Helpful and professional.

They did a great job. We had some issues with scheduling but, the job was done at the end of the day.

Sky Blue Restorations were here, they did it, they cleaned up and it seemed fine. For all we know the ducts were cleaned. We were happy with the service. They were the best deal around at that time. They were on time and very professional.

My floors look awful. The tiles look dirty and the grout looks awful. Because they used a penetrating sealer rather than a surface sealer, the tiles don't even look sealed. I have to say this was a total waste of money because my floors looked better BEFORE the technician came rather than when he left! Now I have to have my regular guy come and redo the whole thing. Total waste.

The chimney sweep arrived at the time promised. He protected the surrounding carpeting and went immediately to work. The result exceeded my expectations. I definitely will be using Sky Blue Restorations again.

They were nice, on time and professional, but did not get stains out of the grout that I had wanted but they did try.

They did a good job, it went well. They were very mindful of not getting ash anywhere; they put mats down to ensure nothing got ash on it.

This was not a good experience. Instead a waste of my time and money. The worker (Alex Hernandez of Blue Sky Restorations) provided excuses why the grout did not get cleaned as was promised. I went to a lot of trouble moving my furniture out of the family room for the cleaning process. While Alex was curtious, he made absolutely no difference as it applies to the grout cleaning process for which he was hired. I could have done nothing and would have received the same result. Some companies promise things they do not or maybe can not deliver. Very frustrating! When this company claims they can clean your grout and natural stone, do not believe them. Find another comnpany who will visit your property and show you an example of their work, before you pay out money to them for such a service.

They cleaned the chimney but soot was left on the floor and chimney base. They didn't clean up very well. It seemed to me that they were more interested in getting the job done and leaving quickly, than doing an honorable job. I would not use them again.

It was very good. We were very pleased. They cleaned up everything after. I'm not sure, but I believe we were missing a metal great. I believe they replaced that for us. They were very pleasant.

Crew arrived on time and got right to work. first removed all vent covers for ACU ducts, attached industrial vacuum to exit duct of overall system, and then for each vent in turn, running the cleaning rod/brush thru the duct (driven by electric drill). After this, refitted the vent covers. This all went well and there are no problems since. The last thing done was the dryer duct. This was a stand alone job, moving the dryer aside, and then running the cleaning rod/brush thru the duct, via the vent from outside. A very great deal of dryer lint was removed, and I think the crew thought this was complete: however, for the next few wash cycles, large amounts of dryer lint, presumably loosened in the cleaning, were pushed out thru the exit vent into the area next to the house and into our neighbor's yard, jamming the exit vent up once too. This was not much of a problem, just irritating, but shows the crew did not really check the dryer duct very thoroughly before leaving, and probably should have run the rod/brush thru the vent from inside too. This is reason I only marked the quality as "B", and could be persuaded this is a little harsh, as I don't know if this kind of residual issue is common/expected or not. A few other points to note: -- I bought and installed a new duct tube for the dryer: I did not realize that this crew could have provided and installed this for me -- Similarly, I bought and installed new filters for the heater/ACU, but these too could have been provided & installed by the crew, including hepa filters, in fact. Maybe I missed it on the company website but just getting these from the crew would have been quicker & easier. Lastly, a caveat: this company (and, also, it turns out, other such companies) will not clean bathroom or kitchen vents with fans installed. I was willing to pay extra for this service, but they will not handle anything with electrical devices inside. This is not in any way a criticism of this company, just a warning to others looking for such services.

Provider was proactive about contacting me and scheduling service. The technician arrived early, prepared and was professional in explaining and performing the services. The floor was cleaned, vacuumed and then sealed and it looks AMAZING. I was very impressed with the quality, professionalism and value of the service provided. My only complaint would be that the process worked well on the all of the floor except for the edges where the molding is. The machines don't get all the way into the corners or edges so the dirty water collects on and under the base boards and sometimes on the walls.

They were professional, showed up on time, used the proper equipment to detect the problem and make recommendations for mold remediation that were consistent with their findings.

Cleaned the floors with what looked like a carpet shampooer. Floors looked the same after they left. We had three different tile and marble restoration companies come out that same week for an estimate on cleaning and repairing grout on travertine floors and they all couldn't believe it had just been cleaned. Sure enough when the professional tile and marble restoration company cleaned and sealed the travertine floors they looked BRAND NEW. The promotion is a waste of money and time. Hire professionals who specialize in marble/travertine/natural stone restoration.

I had a good experience with Sky Blue Restorations. They showed up on time. They were professional, courteous. Service was completed in the time frame they indicated.

Once I was able to catch them (lots of phone tag and took a long time for them to return my call), they sent out a fellow who was very polite and professional. He did the job quickly and efficiently. Their only issue was call backs. Besides that, I was satisfied with the service.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Sky Blue Restorations. It could have been a better job. Towards the end, they seemed rush and my kitchen floor didn't turn out like I expected it to. It was spotty in the grout. Part of it got cleaned, part of it didn't get cleaned. I probably wouldn't refer them.

Arrived on time, completed work as agreed upon. Left everything clean after finishing. Overall satisfied with the work performed.
