The service did not go well. Two people came out and were at my home for about 30 minutes. The guy walked told me he came out to just look at the chimney. I thought I was getting more for the deal I purchased. I thought I wasted my money on the service. They did not sweep the chimney like stated in the deal stated. One guy stuck some up the chimney and said it was pretty covered. I already knew that and that is why I purchased the deal. I had no difficulties scheduling the service.

The service was not very impressive. They told me my chimney was not very dirty. They were in and out in a heartbeat. The technician seemed okay and seemed to know what they were talking about. I had no issues with scheduling.

I had to reschedule myself a couple of times, which was difficult because it seemed they were never available on the days I was. Finally scheduled it for Monday July 7. They called on July 3 to tell me their truck broke down and they were trying to get it fixed and didn't know if they could still come on Monday, but they would call me Monday morning to let me know. Huh? I needed to know ahead of time if they were coming or not, so I left a message for them over the weekend, both at their business and on a cell number, but no one called me back. They called Monday morning to tell me their truck was being fixed and they couldn't come out, that he could probably come out on Thursday, July 10, and he'd call me later that day to let me know. I never heard back from him. I called a couple of times and left messages, but I didn't hear from anyone until Thursday morning at which time I was told they couldn't come out until the 18th, which is a Friday, and I had previously told them several times that Fridays were not good for me. I'm done and want my money back. It shouldn't be this hard to communicate with someone and have to wait so long just to get my carpets cleaned. And based on the reviews I've been reading, I'm also quite concerned my carpets would take too long to dry or their machine might break down while they're in the middle of it. I'll look for a more reliable and reputable company to clean my carpet.

Very friendly, professional, prompt scheduling. When the tech came out to my condo, he saw that my washer/dryer was in a closet and the vent was in the ceiling in the back. Was told that they would not service unless the machines were moved, that they couldn't effectively clean from the roof alone. I appreciated the honesty and would recommend them based on their professionalism and care for the customer. Only suggestion I have for improvement is that they screen for this when scheduling the appointment.

That turned out fantastic. Just one technician came out and my wife dealt with him when he came to do the work and she side he did a great job.

It was a good experience. We actually had them do some extra work beyond the deal. After having the work performed, there was an issue where they kept calling us to schedule theBig Deal service despite the work already being performed, but the work itself went great.

Tech was very professional, on time, quick, cleanly and nice. They called quickly after I purchased deal and showed up at scheduled time. All was great except he didn't scrap/brush the top bricks angled towards the flew, right above where the fire burns towards the back? It appears that the flue and entire chimney was swept properly, but this area was missed. Strange as I assumed that area would be the most needing of a sweep? My bad I should have looked more closely during my final inspection.

They were horrible! They didn't really do anything. They took the covers off and didn't really clean inside the duct work. They just wiped down the inside. They didn't touch the dryer vents. It wasn't as advertised. They seemed to send out a bunch of kids. They even tried to sell me additional services. They stayed for less than an hour.

The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, punctual. I am very pleased with what he did. He was respectful of my property and cleaned up when he was finished.

They are unreliable. They are liars and cheats. You should not use their services!

Provider wasn't able to perform service because it requires dragging steaming hot tubing across the floors of the house, which they said could damage my hardwood floors. This information would have been more helpful when I scheduled the appointment and not when someone is already at my door.

It was terrible. They did a crappy job cleaning the carpet. They did no spot cleaning, they were in and out of here in no time at all and I was not at all impressed. I will not recommend them or use them again. They came out about 3 months ago and I didn't spend anything extra. They offered to do extra work for more but we said no because we wanted the $69 service to see what their services were like. We were not at all impressed. They did very poor work.

The service turned out poorly. The technician came to look at the chimney and did a quick sweep. He acted like he did not have the things to do the inspection and that we needed to have someone else come do the inspection. He was definitely not prepared for the service and was maybe at my home for about 15 minutes.

We did not use this provider. Trouble scheduling and returning calls. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Big disappointment.

Thorough measurement. Presented cost for additional areas beyond original deal. Reasonable price. Did a very nice job. I will use them again.

For the price, it was good. I know there are better quality providers out there. We had a few scheduling difficulties, but they were very helpful and professional. We would use them with Deal pricing in the future. They were very good with coming out on a Saturday in a holiday season.

He was really nice and did the job well he just never came back to fix the work.

When Miquel arrived he was very professional. He explained the process....told me what it could do for carpets ....& what it couldn't do. H e worked very hard & when he was done the carpets looked marvelous......they are a light tan color so they really showed dirt & stains. It is now a week later & they still look great! I would recommend this service & will probably use them again.

Sky Blue guys came on time (earlier in fact), explained problems clearly, were polite and cleaned up everything and put everything back in place.

He came. He did the work. Very pleasant and was too much of a miss.
