I didn't understand the fine print and didn't realize that there would be a surcharge for my chimney, so the total price was more than I would have spent but they were very punctual and professional.

It went well. They came on time, they were organized. The owner came out and even cleaned the hall on top of the air ducts and did a good job.

They did what they said they would do. They came on time and performed the service.

The cleaning/sealing of the tile was performed, tho I would have appreciated a bit less water on my adjoining hardwood floors/hall runners. The additional work for lime deposits did not work and eventually the extra money for this was refunded. All in all the experience was not good, and I can not recommend this company.

Simple procedure of cleaning out dryer vent; one person worked on the outside and one inside; didn't take long; also sounds like I won't need to do this again; can clean it myself from the outside.

Disappointed with results. We purchased the $99 special for cleaning and sealing tile and natural stone floors. He called on the phone when he arrived and asked if the job was small or large so he could decide if he needed a machine. I suggested he come up and check it out because I don't know what they consider large. He came up and had a helper with him. He said he didn't think the cord on the machine would reach so he would do it by hand. He said the results would be the same, He brought some spray bottles with some liquid in them and a few cleaning rags. He asked me if the floors had every been sealed because if they had the cleaner they use would dull the floors. We never had them sealed and are the original owners. He instructed his helper to spray and wipe and sent him to the larger bathroom. It appeared to be the first time helper was working with him. When he started spraying he called me to explain that he couldn't get the grout clean and if I wanted the color restored it would have to be re-grouted. They spent about 20-25 minutes spraying and wiping. When he advised me they were finished and I checked it out, I was concerned that it looked so dull. I asked if the shine would return and he said he hoped so, laughed and said it should come back. He said not to wear shoes in there for a certain amount of time. Since it was wet when they left, I couldn't really judge the results until later. Well, the floor looks the same as it did when they arrived except that it is duller and he left pools of spray that I wiped off.

Went well. They were detailed and explained what they were doing and what they found.

After a few failed appointment attempts he finally came out and did a good job.

Not well. The "deal" included replacement of the filter. I have a reusable filter (paid $100 for it) and asked if it could be cleaned rather replaced. I was told "no problem." On date of service my roommate was home & I told him to not let them replace filter but to clean it, as they agreed to do. I asked them to call when finished, which the worker did. When I asked if there had been a problem cleaning the filter, I was told it was no problem. However, because of temperate weather I did not use the system for a while, and later I checked the filter before using the system to make sure it had been cleaned. It hadn't. It was filthy with dust!

The service provided turned out fine. He was professional, it wasn't quite what we thought it would be but it was fine. He did a good job cleaning the chimney and he told us it wasn't in decent condition but he did a good job. He showed up on time, I think he was coming from Orange County which made it more impressive that he got here on time. He was pleasant, professional and I would recommend them again.

Ok for the most part. Ordered an an air filter from them and when it showed up it was the wrong size . The owner was very nice bot it took about 2 weeks to get the right filter

The first day was a disaster. I was given a window of 8am-12pm. When no one showed up by 12:30, I called and left a message. At 12:35, the technician called and said he had been delayed, and would be there at 3:30. Then Alex, the owner called and said he would contact the technician. The technician called back to say he could come at 2:30, but I had another appointment, so he said we'd have to reschedule. When Alex called to reschedule he apologized and gave me another 8-12 window. I asked to be notified if there was a delay and Alex said he would make mine the first appointment of the day. The technician did in fact call to let me know he was on his was and where he was coming from. The work was done efficiently and he pointed out a problem with the ducting and repaired it for a very reasonable $25.

I did not have any problems with it. They performed the job as promised so I had no issues at all. They came out probably within three or four days after I purchased the big deal so that even was fine. There were no extra charges, but they did notice some things that once we cleaned the floor that needed to be fixed. There was dirt in the tile in the cracks so I had him patch some of the tile up with additional grout. That was expected to pay extra for. I would not expect him to do that for free. It is just that all the dirt that was trapped in there came to light when they cleaned the floor so it needed to be fixed. I did not compare him so I could not say I know where his pricing compared to anybody else. I just saw it and it looked reasonable. Two guys came out. They called. They said when they were going to be here, and they showed up on-time.

They were fine and adequate. There was nothing spectacular and nothing wrong with them. They came and left. They were not there very long. I have never had air ducts cleaned before so I did not know what to expect but it did not seem like they did a whole lot except open the vent and stick the vacuum hose in it to suck it out. I thought that they would scrape the inside of it and make it all clean but I do not know what is involved with air duct cleaning. It was like a 14-minute work but the house is not that big. It is a single storey house. I asked them, "After you leave, will I have less dust in my house when the air conditioner is on?" And they said, "Oh yeah, yeah! You are going to notice a huge difference." And there was no difference. I did not notice a thing and my daughter was sneezing and I thought that maybe that was because of that. Because it was right after we started moving in that she started having these allergy-like symptoms so I got the air ducts cleaned thinking that it would help her because maybe there was something in there. Maybe there was a lot of dust in there. The house was built in the early '70s and it has probably never been cleaned before. And then after the cleaning, she was still the same way. But like I said, I have never had it done before so I did not know what to expect. I do not know if another company would have done something further. The price was good because it was a big deal from Angie's List.

I expect not to be charges for this horrible experience in which the vendor did not perform the services.

Overall, I was very pleased with this service. The technician arrived early, which was fine with me. He disconnected and moved the dryer and cleaned the vent by hand and with a snake. He vacuumed the vent and behind and under the dryer. When done, he showed me the condition of the dryer hose, recommending a replacement timeline. He suggested a few steps I can take on my own to maintain the cleanliness of the vent, which I really appreciated. Before leaving, he returned some coins to me that he had found while cleaning. I was particularly pleased by this honest action.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was only fair. The guy was a very nice guy personally but he didn't know what chemicals he was using. I could have done it better myself because I know chemicals because that's my business. He was a very kind guy but when I asked him questions about suffocation, he didn't know how long to keep it on. He did it very, very fast. He wasn't here an hour, maybe 40 minutes. It was a little disappointing. I could have done what he did 2 or 3 times in an hour. Given that context, it was not a good deal. He was just hired and hadn't been doing it very long. They were probably paying him $10 an hour, not enough for him to be particularly interested in the job. He did the best he could and he had probably been on the job for about a week. I am difficult to work for because I knew how to do it myself.
