Had our house checked for mold. He was on time and very nice. However, he used a water meter to check for dampness in the walls after putting it on his hand. We had a 2nd opinion come out and check the same areas and they were dry. Very disappointed.

Ordered the Big Deal on Angie's List on 10/4/13. No call for service. Finally got a call back on 10/11/13 after numerous attempts to communicate and "Jorge" just asked "nobody called you?" So I asked for a refund and he stated I would have to get it from Angie.

It took them 10 minutes to set a and crown/mortar on the new chimney - a job that should take several hours. When they packed up they tools they realized they forgot to clean the chimney - so they ran all they equipment thru our house and cleaned it from the fireplace. Something that should have been done when they were on the roof. They said they inspected our chimney and there were no cracks. My husband went on our roof after their work was complete rand took multiple photos of cracks showing rebar. I would never recommend this company. We challenged the company for all the work not done - returned the unsecured cap - and ended up only paying the 65 the lousy chimney sweep.

It was fine. I guess I really didn't know what to expect. They said they cleaned the chimney so I'm sure that they did. They said that I needed a new rack on top so they put on a new rack on top. They charged me quite a lot for that. They did it and it worked. They provided their service. They showed up and did what they said they were going to do. They were on time and they were nice. The quality was fine.

Good job. Unfortunately, he didn't have a long enough ladder to check the top of the chimney.

They were on time, friendly and clean. Took a few phone calls back a forth to get the service call set up. But I get the feeling that is because they stay busy, not because they are unresponsive.

He was very good. I liked him. He came out, did a good job and left. It was a good deal! They came right out right on time.

An appointment was made to provide chimney cleaning for Monday, October 7. He called on Monday morning to say his driver was not available. He rescheduled for Wednesday, October 9th, between 12and 4 pm. I arrived home at 11:58 to find a note in my mailbox saying that he had been here at 12 and that no one was here. I called him 5 minutes later and he said that he was not able to do work and to call and ask for a refund.

The service tech was very nice and professional, and the job went well. However, the technician had to replace the hose that connected the back of the dryer to the vent line in the wall because the existing hose was bent out of shape. The cleaning service cost $69 (it was an Angie's "Big Deal"), but I was charged an additional $120 for the hose. That was quite excessive, given that the hose cost about $10 at Home Depot, and connecting the hose involved no extra labor (it had to be removed and re-connected as part o the cleaning process).

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out good. There were additional charges because my dryer pipe was broken and they had to repair it. I paid $500 total. This was our first time to use them. I thought they are pretty high on the price. I'm going to check and make sure that it's functioning right. I would use them again but I would shop around.

They were prompt and did exactly what was outlined in the Deal. They called to let me know they would be late which was fine.

Apparently I had an unusual dryer vent and they weren't able to do much, other than charge me for the attempted work.

On time; explained procedure; work quickly & efficiently; sealed grout & tile; explained trying time - polite & professional.

I purchased the Angie's List deal with Blue Sky Restoration $99 for Natural Stone or Tile and Grout Cleaning AND Sealing! It was pretty easy to get an appointment and they came on time as scheduled. I asked them to clean the natural stone tile in 2 bathrooms and was hoping that they could remove the hard water deposits on the tile. They used an industrial cleaning soap, but it still was not strong enough to remove the hard water deposits even after they did some vigorous scrubbing...I think their soap was too mild, but that's all they had. They spent about 2 hours on the 2 bathrooms and cleaned up after themselves. So overall, they gave it a good through scrubbing and cleaning, but the hard water stains were still there. I give them a C+ for effectiveness, an A for effort and an overall grade of B.

Went very well. Contractor professional, clean, spoke clearly as to what he was performing.

Everything went well. Jorge arrived on time and all services were performed.

They did an excellent job and performed much overdue service for us.

They came to do the dry vent cleaning. However, they found (and I could check) that the vent and tube where not in good shape. So instead of cleaning at the risk of breaking it, they asked if I preferred to have it replaced by a new one, which I accepted.

They were great. They were really good. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They found out that we had a water leak even though that’s not why they were there but they showed it to us and there was some debris around it and they helped try to identify the origin of it. They were really honest about the work. I didn’t have any problems with them. They were really sweet.

I'm giving you the whole story here just in case it helps someone going through similar. It started with a hot water heater shutting itself off. The building is a duplex and there are 2 heaters (approx 9 yrs old), both located in the basement. One went out, the other fine. I had gas company come check/relight heater cause I'm a bit "chicken" when it comes to gas and fire. The gas co. came and said "neither were venting properly" and shut both down. GasCo man suggested that perhaps something was blocking the vent. Next, I called a plumber (another company) to check it out. He went to the roof (which is difficult to access - I have not been up there myself) and dropped a line down the pipe and concluded nothing was in the vertical portion of pipe. The problem must be in lower section. The lower section is about a 6' stretch of old asbestos vent pipe. Because of this he would not go any further. I got a horror story about nothing being up to code and gave me an estimate to reroute all the venting out and up side of the house, and/or relocate the heaters, run new gas lines to location and naturally to replace the heaters. This was all without even knowing what, if anything, was clogging the vent. I had another plumber come who wouldn't go on the roof, or check pipe. He did however confirm that there were no code violations (as previous inspectors concluded) and suggested removing the asbestos pipe. So, removing the pipe was the only way I was going to be able to check what/if anything was blocking vent. I actually contacted Sky Blue to remove the pipe. When Miguel showed up he said they don't remove asbestos. HOWEVER, he would run a snake (brush kind) though to see if anything was blocking the vent. WELL, as it turns out, there was nothing in the pipe and the previous plumber had dropped a line down the wrong pipe. Miguel was not afraid to check the roof, give me pics of the roof and pipe, and above all, actually concluded nothing was blocking the vent. I still have the rest of the mystery to deal with but so far Miguel was the only one to actually help me solve the problem and not just tell me to replace everything. He saved me a lot of time and money.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was okay. The work was okay, not that good. They came on time.

Terrible.... I gave two cell phone numbers and they have called neither. No work has been done.

See above. They missed the first appointment. I don't rememember the excuse. They were here for a minimal amount if time, did literally nothing, and charged the full Angie's list price...a break would have been nice and good p.r. (My chppfireplace literally has never been used.) they told me there were no birds in it - which was my concern. I paid full price for that exact advice - and that's literally all I got. Nit the way to build a customer base!

Great. Work completed quickly and thoroughly. Crew was very clean and was a pleasure to have work in our home.
