The carpet cleaners arrived promptly and introduced themselves. After a discussion in re-adding cleaning the stairs, the duo went to work and quickly, quietly and efficiently finished the job. If there is another special in the near future. I would use this company once more to clean the carpeting upstairs.

My husband stated that it didn't seem worth the $99. The person who came to perform the chimney sweep kept trying to upsell him on other stuff which was annoying. I had prepaid for it through Angie's List, but the person who did the job did not know that and nor did my husband. They ended up charging us for the work. Eventually they did refund the money, however.

The cleaning went pretty well and the grout looked cleaner after the service. The only two things that could have used a little more attention to detail (that my wife noticed after the fact when she came home) was that anything that was on the floor before the cleaning (pet/human hair or dirt) seemed to not all get vacuumed up and was left in the corners of each room that were water vacuumed. A little more attention to detail with a final clean up of these residual elements would have made it that much better of a service. Secondly, the vacuum hose that was pulled up stairs marred the handrail post at the bottom of the stairs and the corner of the wall at the top of the stairs where the hose was pulled around the corner. These two areas will have to be repainted now to cover up the slightly marred areas.

They were great and did a good job.

The biggest issue was that they said it would be completely dry within a couple of hours if the windows were open. Instead, it took over 36 hours to dry! Very disappointed with that.

It went very fast; I was amazed. Got a good review on my chimney, of which I was grateful for. |They were neat and very quiet. Nice to have in the house.

Cleaned approx. 1000 ft2 of ceramic floor tile and grout and did a great job.

The service was performed in a professional and timely manner and the hearth was left in an immaculate condition.

They made an appointment with me, then cancelled the same day we had our appointment after I had already made plans to go to work late. They made another appointment with me for the following Saturday and said they would call to confirm and they never did. We made another appointment on Saturday, November 9 and they never showed up. I've emailed them twice and have not heard back from them. I want my money back.

It turned out fine. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. No repairs were made. They were fine. They did their job and they left. This was the first time I used them.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out fine. He showed up on time, and did his job. He was very efficient and pleasant. The price of the big deal covered everything. He showed up, and cleaned everything.

He was very nice, and arrived on time. He did a good job. I would certainly use him again.

Very professional, friendly and informative. It was hard to connect originally and lock down a day/time to schedule the service. They're busy! :-)))) Would definitely use them for other services and recommend them!

They cleaned the chimney but were unable to answer a basic question of what a damper lock was or where to get one. Basically they just used a large shop vac and completed the job in less than an hour (much less). The service was fine, but would not use again because of lack of knowledge.

Provider was late for the 8-12 window. They did provide service to clean out the dryer vent/duct. However they had difficulty in installing/re-connecting the vent to the dryer. They tried all kinds of ways to connect but none would hold. After they left, the duct disconnected and I installed it myself. They used my screw driver (2-purpose)and I could not locate it after they left. |

I had dialed the wrong number but I said I was calling Sky Blue Restorations and he said that was him. I told him I wanted to make an appointment for air duct cleaning and he said fine. Then I said I found his deal on Angie's List and he wasn't even sure of what the deal was. He said he was unable to make an appointment for me and someone would call me back in 15 minutes. I never heard back from anyone.

Great. On time. Didn't try to up sell us - cleaned chimney. No mess - out the door! Definite recommendation!

Everything went well, until I asked them to go on the roof to check the chimney cap. They would only do a visual from the ground. Saying something about liability. Makes me think they are not insured or bonded.

They came out last Wednesday and the service turned out fine. They were good. They were fast and made some suggestions to make our air ducts clean in the future.

The Sky Blue guys called to give me a heads up on their arrival, which was toward the beginning of the appointment window. They were friendly, professional, prompt, informative and did a very thorough job. They cleaned up well afterward and were efficient in their time. I would definitely recommend and will use them again!

Shortly after purchasing the deal I received a call from Alex asking when I would like to schedule the service. We settled on Thursday, November 14, between noon and 4pm. The night before, I received another call from a different persona at Sky Blue asking if I wanted to schedule service. I explained that I was already scheduled for the next day. The caller stammered and said goodbye. After getting all of the furniture moved and staying home all day, Sky Blue never showed. I received a call at 5:30pm saying their man got delayed and could they come the next day. That was impossible, given our schedules. At that point I lost confidence in their ability to do a good job.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was great. I thought he was going to have to go up on the roof, but he did it from the inside. They were very thorough and kept it clean.

Men completed job with minimum of fuss. Were on time and professional. Man showed me how to keep dryer hose from getting clogged.

Cleaned chimney. After we finally connected to set up the appointment, I was told they would be there between 8-12, night before appointment. They tried to change it to 12-4. I had already made my plans with the original time, so they changed it back and showed up around 10 a.m. The tech was VERY knowledgeable about chimneys and even showed me how to start it. Great service!

There aren't many details associated with a job like this; however, I can say I would use the provider to do the same job again.
