I bought the $99 Deal on 10/22/13. When purchasing I gave the 3 dates I was available to have the service performed. The deal was a rapid connect so the provider was supposed to get back to me right away. The provider sent me a message on Angie's list asking for my phone number which I provided within 2 hours (but I'm pretty sure they already had it as its in my member information). However, they never called me to confirm any of my 3 dates. I sent multiple messages and finally on November 13th, I was able to speak with Alex and we scheduled for December 4th between 8am and noon. Dec. 4th came and he NO SHOWED. I called him on the 4th and he apologized and rescheduled for December 11th. I mentioned to him that I was also consider doing a Chimney cleaning when they came out on the 11th. On the 11th, I get a call from Jonathon who says he is on his way to do the Chimney cleaning. I informed him that he was scheduled to do the Tile and Grout that was ALREADY paid for but that I was considering doing a Chimney cleaning as well but my priority was to get the Tile cleaned. Jonathon told me that he wasn't scheduled to clean the tile and grout and didn't have the proper equipment so he would have to cancel the appointment. He CANCELS my appointment and asks me to call back and reschedule. I explained to Jonathon that this was already the 2nd appointment that had fallen through and that I had been trying to get this work done since 10/22 for a party I was having on 12/19. I called back and rescheduled the tile and grout cleaning appointment to 12/19 between 8 and noon. This was my last possible day to get it done as my Christmas party was that very evening. So I get a call from Jonathon just before 9am on the 19th and he tells me he is on his way to clean my CARPETS. I kindly let him know that I do not have any carpet in my home but I would really like to get my tile and grout cleaned. I reminded him that we had spoken on the 11th and he was rescheduled to clean the grout today. He tells me that he needs to return to the shop and get the proper equipment to clean the grout but that he should be out today. I called home just before noon on 12/19 to see how the floor cleaning went and my assistant tells me no- one ever showed up. I texted Jonathon and he says he did show up but no one answered the door. He says at this point, I should just get a refund. Its true it is hard to hear the doorbell when everyone is upstairs but Jonathon should have called me or texted me as he knew how hard I was trying to get this service done and I had a paid assistant waiting for him to ensure this was completed before the party. So, I gave this company two months and several chances to get the work done and they just couldn't do it. I believe I was patient and considerate but I cannot recommend Sky Blue to anyone.

They did nothing & Very Badly, They did not communicate at all, I had to make first contact, They made an appointment and did not even call, never showed up, and when I called they said they could do the job next year, no sorry on remorse just bad business. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING, THEY ARE VERY UNRELIABLE...

I called to arrange an appointment for a Chimney Sweeping service. The phone service was friendly and responsive. I was able to set an appointment for the service and arrange a great price. They gave me a time window of 8am - 12pm. On the morning of the appointment I called to ask for a more specific time. Their technician called me back and let me know he was finishing up in Long Beach and would be at my house in approximately 30 minutes. They arrived on time and were friendly, clean and courteous. He explained each step of the process as they were preforming the service, inspected inside and outside, and did a great job keeping my living room clean. After the service was complete, I received a safety inspection sheet and suggestions on future services they can provide. I will use their service again and would recommend them to friends and family.

Chimney/fireplace cleaning. A little difficult coordinating time, but that was mostly because it was a remodel and we don't live where the work was done!

Did not go up on roof to verify no cracks in Chimney.

Serviced my Dryer Vent by cleaning it and securing the safety of outlet

They cleaned my fireplace. We had a great experience. Arrived on time. Explained the process before he started. Evaluated the fireplace and told us what was needed. Completed the job and provided suggestions. I loved that he was very clean and kept disruption in our household to a minimum. Also, informed us on other services they provide. We are planning to call them back soon to have our dryer vent cleaned, etc.

Alex did a very good job of cleaning our dryer vent.

I had asked before they came out if they would also be able to put on a new screen on the outside of the house where the vent comes out to keep out critters. They said yes they could. When they got to my house, they didn't know about my request nor did they have the proper part to put on a screen. That's why I gave them a B. Poor communication between their dispatcher and the trucks.

The Big Deal offered was that the company would perform "tune-up, cleaning, and inspection." All they did was come in and vacuum out my gas fireplace. For $99, I could have done that myself. My gas fireplace is currently not working, and I was not expecting the company to fix it without additional charges (I was prepared to pay extra for labor, parts, etc), but the guys didn't even want to check what was wrong with it. They just told me I needed to call a plumber.

Scheduling was fine, I called and they were able to get me an appointment within the time frame I wanted. I really liked the way my natural stone floor looked after the service and how it cleans up. He suggested other services but did not put any pressure on me to purchase the additional work. I will be using them in the future for the same service.

Overall I would say that for the price this was a bargain. Sky Blue did this on an Angie's List Big Deal, 3 rooms for $69. The rooms I asked them to clean were extremely large and I expected them to add on an additional charge which they did but it was only $30. I also asked them to do a staircase going up to the Master bedroom. The staircase, once again, is very wide (at least 10' across) and they only charged me $2 per step. I gave them an overall grade of "B" but a fairer grade really would have be "A-". There were 2 high traffic areas that did not come completely clean and I had to go over them with my Hoover but, really for the price, I was extremely pleased. The guys that came were very nice. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional. I would definitely use Sky Blue again.

It was absolutely wonderful. They realized I had a rip in my dryer vent and were able to get me a new one.

The guy showed up late and he charged me $75.00 more for treatment as he said that $69 carpet cleaning deal (Green process,Sanitizing, Deordorizing) that I purchased through Angie's List was for shampoo only and it will not clean stain and ordor. I am not very happy with the result since some of spots are still there after I paid $144...

The technician was very professional and thorough. It was a good experience.

Completely disorganized, never turned up and never called to re-schedule. Useless!

They gave me a window of 8-12, I freed up my schedule, they told me they had an emergency and would not be there and that they were not going to be able to service it until next week. I said I was willing to wait if he would come that day and he said no. Their customer service was very poor and I would not recommend this company.

Angie's List: Easy coupon process via Angie's List - A. However: Do not have any trust in the quality of the Angie List Coupons though. 1 for 1 with bad service provider - not sure if the provider is vetted prior to being allowed to offer a deal. Normal reviews and ratings were not reviewed prior to picking up the coupon. Blue Sky - F for Customer Service 1) never responded via phone message until posted message on Angie List email 2) Failed to schedule a service until we called several times. 3) Canceled on service date without working to reschedule proactively - Would not recommend Blue Sky.

He came to look at the work. He said he would have to have another guy come out to move some furniture around. He said I would have to pay twice as much for the other guy to move. I advised that I would be able to move the furniture. I scheduled the appointment and they never showed.

It turned out fine. They did a good job. I had no problems with them at all. They responded well. It was an excellent experience. They had a good price.

Cleaned carpets quickly and efficiently. Carpets dried within a few hours and looked great.
