The job went without issue and we love the results!

The company never contacted me to do the service. I have had the Big Deal refunded though Angie's List.

The person who came was very professional and honest (when we asked him how often we should do this, he said that since the chimney was not very dirty, about every 2 years). He did the job fast and very cleanly. We will use the company again. The only think he didn't do, and probably should have is to clean the filtr covering the chimney.

The technicians were punctual and friendly. I showed them the dryer and the outside vent and left them to it. In fewer than 5 minutes they said they were finished. I had previously done this job with my daughter and it took considerably longer than that but I allowed that perhaps because they were professionals at this, they knew how to do it quicky. Before they left, they suggested that I buy a new flexible vent for $25. I wasn't sure that I really needed one but I didn't want to take any chances. When he took off the wall end of the old vent, there was a huge clump of lint sitting there. He quickly removed it and cleaned up after himself but it made me wonder if the rest of the unseen vent was really lint-free. My experience with them wasn't bad but there is a trust issue so I would not call them again.

I waited about three weeks for initial contact to set up an appointment. I emailed at week three to request an appointment. Still have not received a response. I requested a refund.

Very efficiently and neatly. Also wrapped our furnace ducts in the basement with extra insulation and sealed them up nicely, something I'd been wanting to do for about a decade!

Cleaned the chimney as expected. They were very courteous and professional.

They did nothing but schedule appointments for which they never showed. They no longer answer my phone calls. |I am very dismayed and contacted you about the problem but thus far have no resolution. I realize it is Christmas and hopefully Angie's List will take steps in the near future to see that my money is refunded for lack of service.

Company owes me half day of work. .

They provided me with a window of 8-noon, on which I based my schedule for the rest of my Monday (of Christmas week). I then called them at 8AM to determine their ETA, but the person who answered the phone had no information. They said they'd check and someone would call me back in 45-60 minutes. This did not happen, so I called them again and was again assured that someone would call. By the time 11:30 rolled around (and no one showed or called), I deduced that the "window" was for arrival time, which meant that they actually expected me to stick around all day for this service. I then called them and cancelled the visit, as I had no intention of setting aside my entire day.

The company has been completely unresponsive. I have tried to send them messages and called them and get no response. I was able to request a refund.

I purchased the deal for stone & tile cleaning. We made several appointments, but the person never showed up. I'd like to get my money back.

They did a good jog incleaning the carpet in 3 rooms.

They cleaned out the duct of the dryer and that made a huge difference- now we only have to use dryer once for 30 mins instead of drying clothes for a couple of hours.

They were professional and did the best they could with the baked on soot on the stone covered fireplace. They were pushing the grout cleaning of our marble flooring, which was not an area of concern for me. They called every month, requesting to clean the grout that I had paid for, but I wanted the stone cleaned, that was already done.

They informed me that we were out of their service area.

It was great! I wasn’t there when they did the work, but I think it went really well. $99 was the total cost for the service. I felt it was well worth the price. They did recommended additional work on our gas line.

Twice we set a time for him to clean the chimney. Both times, he showed up an hour or more earlier than the agreed time and I wasn't home. I've called several times since, but so far, no response. Work still has not been done as of late April.

They did a very nice job of cleaning and were very good about not getting any dust or dirt in the house.

Difficulty communicating with them. Scheduled service was canceled at the last minute. Appeared to be poor communication between company employees/contractors.
