The service was great. He was fast and knew what he was doing. He was very helpful in pointing out things to watch.

Two technicians arrived on time, got straight to the work at hand, showed us the results and cleaned up the work area very well. We were reassured that we had the correct dryer vent in place, were advised to keep the dryer out further from the wall and that we needed to call the Maytag repair people since our drying problem was not due to a clogged vent.

The service turned out really well. They were very clean and very quick to get the work done. I was happy with the service.

What I can see looks clean. They were slow to acknowledge my purchase and make an appointment but were extremely apologetic and did arrive as scheduled.

I paid extra for an acid wash and additional square footage. The stone had build up from over the years so it required the acid wash. They did an absolute fabulous job. The stone looks beautiful now. They came out within the week of my call.

Everything was fine. The cost was big deal times two. I've got two furnace systems in the house so I bought two of the deals.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were great. They did everything I expected them to do. We did not need much cleaning at all, we just had a problem with the vent. He recommended how long we should get our screen cleaned and that was it.

All was good except for the cost. They said and re-iterated on the phone that the cost for both chimneys would be $65 total. I stated that it said right in the small print that $65 was for one chimney only. Salesman corrected me and said it was $65 for both (total). He therefore did not give me the normal cost. I fully expected to pay more for the 2nd chimney, but when the person showed up, he said it would not only be full charge for the 2nd chimney, but an additional $30 each chimney because of the special kind of fluke. I had him speak to the salesman and the mis-communication continued. It is obvious one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. That said, the guy servicing was very good except for the fact that he put the vacuum too close to furniture and/or didn't cover well enough, hence the white couch and chair upholstery was blackened with soot. Cleaning it was horrible. I will not be calling this company again.

When he first arrived he says you know that because your chimney is brick there is an additional $30.00 fee to clean it. I had not noticed that in the coupon so I looked it up. He was right it was there, however based on their description the only type of chimney that they sweep for $65.00 is a plain metal pipe, and it can:t be attached to a wood stove. It felt like a bait and switch. The technician was here for 20 mins. He used a vacuum, but never went on the roof. Honestly I don:t even know if my chimney was properly swept. The tech apologized about the up fee, but when I asked exactly what type of chimney was cleaned for $65 he mumbled around a bit and never gave a clear answer. I realize that I was remiss in not catching the part about the extra fee and I will read all the fine print in the deals in the future, but I still feel this company was not offering a deal, just trying to get business

Because of multiple 90 degree turns, they were only able to clear out about 15 feet. Did not attempt to clean the ducting from the exit side because the cover grille was stucco'd in place and removal would have caused stucco damage.

It went well, they were on time and did a good job

The service provider came and found out that the he cannot handle the job. So we cancel the service. Overall he is responsive to my text message inquiries.

I was really unhappy with the service. I had a coupon for the service, and the guy showed up with a lot of hidden costs. I spent a lot of money. The guy was nice, and the work got done. I could have done what he did, he charged more for a piece that I could have gotten from Home Depot, and that was what upset me. He told me the charge after the work was done. I paid an additional 120 Dollars on top of the coupon. The coil dryer vent that he replaced costs less than 20 Dollars, and he should have gotten it off the coupon.

Showed up on time. Did a good cleaning job and re sealed all surfaces in the kitchen, three baths and bar. My only comment was that the sealer used seemed to put a heavy coating on the stones that took a while to wear/polish off.

Initially the technician insisted that we could only use one certificate per household and that we should contact Angies List for a refund for the second one. They would then charge us a la carte for services supposed to be covered by the second certificate. The certificate itself stated that if the homeowner has two systems they should buy two certificates. Upon pointing this out, the technician backpedaled on his original claim and honored the certificate. So they tried to scam us and although it was a pretty lame effort. We also needed new filters on our returns and they offered to provide them for $135 each (times 2). My wife went on line and checked prices for the exact make and model they were offering. The HIGHEST price she could find was $54 each. So we did not buy from them.But they attempted to charge us about 2-1/2 times the retail price for the filters. This service provider in our case used the Big Deal program to get in the door and then try to upcharge and overcharge us while also attempting to dishonor the certificate we bought from Angie's List. I thought that using an Angie's List Big Deal provider would offer some assurance of fair play and integrity. I now realize that is not the case.

They were horrible. I do not want them anywhere near my house ever again. I do not want to ever be around them again. They changed all of the dates and arrived unannounced. Then when they saw what they needed to do and refused to do it. I took time out to be there for them. I would not recommend them to anybody. I would never use them again.

My experience went very well. The staff was very responsive and punctual. They were also very professional and great with the clean up afterwards. The pricing was very reasonable and I would recommend this company to others.

There was some initial problem getting in touch with them - probably due to being on Angie's List! Once I did hear from them they were wonderful! It was easy to schedule the time - and he arrived right on time. The man that came to the house was wonderful - polite, efficient, helpful. He did not leave a spot of dirt anywhere. I would recommend him and this company highly! Thank you for having them on your list!

It was a quick process, the technician was prompt and polite. He noted that my overall dryer vent was not very long, and he gave me a helpful tip to keep it lint free in the future (which was to run the dryer empty/no heat for 10 minutes a month).

Charged $45 extra for stairs. My carpet in MB was very dirty so they tried to use some deep cleaning spray; However it left streaks in my carpet.

The kept changing the date on me to do the work. There were just too many excuses for their canceling and showing up late. I asked for a refund from Angie’s List and received it a week later. If this is the way they run a business, I do not trust them to do work for me.

The tech inspected the chimney from the fireplace inside of the house and also up on the roof. He said everything was okay. I knew I needed a spark arrester and said he could provide one for $200. I agreed to the purchase and he installed it. The special vacuum cleaner equipment the tech brought into the house did not work. It would not start at all. The tech said he could clean the chimney by hand. I went outside to look at the new spark arrester and discovered that since we have a double fireplace, there are two vents to be covered and the new spark arrester only covered one. I guess he wasn't going to mention this. He said he didn't have another one on the truck. The options at this point were have him come back with another one or put on a larger spark arrester to cover both the vents. I didn't want just one arrester left up on the roof becaused it looked unbalanced so I had him remove it and measure the whole vent area for a multi-vent spark arrester. I didn't feel the cleaning by hand would be as good as using the equipment so he left the job knowing I wanted him to come back with equipment working and a new double spark arrester which he said he would probably have to special order and would take some time to receive. Meanwhile, I looked on the internet and found double spark arresters of varying heights. After almost 4 weeks of waiting, I called to follow up. A rep called me back after speaking to the tech and reviewing the inspection report. He said a hand cleaning was just as good as a cleaning with the equipment. I told him there had been no fallout dirt from the hand cleaning. He said the chimney must have been clean and metal chimneys don't usually have much. This chimney had not been cleaned in the 32 years we have owned the home and the chimney is masonary. The rep also said because we had a double fireplace with two vents of varying heights, they were not able to find a spark arrester to fit. I told him that I had seen them on the internet. He could not tell me the measurements taken by the tech so I don't believe they were on the inspection report. The way we left it, the rep was going to speak to the manager and get back to me. He said he wanted me to be satisfied with the work. That was several days ago and I have not heard back from him.
