I had purchased a deal with this company to clean and seal my granite, and it was completely false advertising. First the guy said sealing was not included, and I had to show him the print out that said it was. They advertise up to 350 square footage as part of the deal, so I was going to use it for my kitchen and bathrooms (which together is probably 100 sq feet). However, they put in the fine print after I purchased it that it was only for "single area." I was going to have them do my kitchen in that case, and since the counter in my kitchen was 50 square feet only, I asked them to clean the floor and they said that was a different area. I asked them for a quote on my bathrooms too, and they gave me a ridiculously high quote. I had told them a few days before they came over that i was interested in getting the counter polished too (which I knew would be extra), and they failed to bring anything to polish the countertops. Eventually, they just left without doing any work and I had to ask Angie's list for my money back.

Arrived and set up all day and finished. Cleaned up all.

Very well. We've had problem with our fire place from the time we purchased the house, and now we feel that we've well on the way to having a nice fireplace for the winter.

I provided 3 dates that worked best for me going out as far as 3 weeks from date of purchase. The company called back 2 days later and said that they couldn't accommodate any of those dates and offered me their next available appointment. I took that and explained that I lived in an apartment building, but that others have been able to bring their equipment in. When the technician arrived, he tried to find a way to perform the service, but since his equipment is mounted in the truck, he needs to get very close to the apartment to run hoses. That wouldn't work in my situation. We all agreed that he couldn't do the work and that I should get a refund. I am disappointed because I told the scheduler it was an apartment - he should have known the equipment was truck mounted and it wouldn't work unless my apartment was on the street (it isn't).

He came on time and cleaned my dryer vent. He did a good job. It took him about 30 minutes to do the work. I had some issues with scheduling, I called him and he called me back right way, within a day, then he said he would have to call me back later that week. He actually about 2-3 weeks after that and then we finally scheduled the job a few weeks later.

The technician showed up within the time window and inspected both fireplaces thoroughly to show me where all the issues were. I opted to skip the more expensive fix to the 2nd fireplace as I would not use that as much as the primary fireplace. I had a pipe cover that had rusted over the gas pipe. He had to cut off part of the pipe, re-thread the pipe and attach the gas burner to the pipe. He was able to do it fairly quickly after he had to go to Home Depot to get the parts. Once everything was ready to go, I did not know if I had a fireplace key or if I had misplaced it since I had not used the fireplace in the 4 years I have been at my place. The key the technician had did not fit the fireplace. We manually turned the gas on to test the fireplace and it worked great. He offered to check with Home Depot and call me if they had the key in stock. He called me about 30 minutes later and told me they did not have any in stock. I went online to Home Depot's website and searched for keys. I found one online and it said it was in stock at my local Home Depot and I purchased it for pick-up. It was available to pick up in about 40 minutes and it worked great on the fireplace. About a week later and the fireplace still works great.

Did not attempt to sell us anything we didn't need. We appreciate the honesty, and will be contacting this company in the future for any of their service we do need.

It went good. He did a good job. He cleaned the floor of the chimney. It was a positive experience. They did not charge me more. They were timely and it was a good price. I would use them again.

Took them a while to perform the service. I dont doubt they do a good job, the business just needs a little of time management improvement. i think they may have grown a little fast

Provider did not identify himself on arrival. Immediately told me that I would have to pay $30 additional since my chimney was brick. I refused. He said "Oh well, since I am already here I will do it for the agreed upon price". Did not have booties to cover his shoes (I do not allow shoes in my home) but he agreed to put on some booties. He checked the fireplace with the light from his cell phone, brought in a shop vac and cleaned up whatever ashes were there. I do not feel confident that we received a professional check and clean of our fireplace.

That was good. There were additional charges because they did some additional work. Everything was fine.

They were great. I had additional charges, but it was my choice. They were very professional and efficient and they were courteous.

The service was poor. They came to clean the vents in my building and after their cleaning the AC unit in the unit they cleaned didn’t work. I asked them what the problem was and they said they didn’t do anything that would of made it not work. I hired a HVAC company who found the duct was severed. I emailed Sky Blue explaining the situation and requesting my money back and they refunded me half of the purchase price.

Scheduling was quick, we called a week in advance for the appointment. There was a minor scheduling issue where they had to come back but they kept in touch with us. The service was good and they cleaned up after themselves. They took care of what we needed.

The "Deal" price was $199. Although I was promised service between 8am and noon, provider showed up at 1:30. No call to inform me of the later time. Provider immediately informed me that an additional $165 would be necessary to complete the installation. The "revised" price was for installation of a small valve an supply line. I had no problems with the originals, but the provider indicated that their liability concerns required the change. I suspect that this is a common practice (entice customers with a low price, then increase at time of service). The offer price appears to be a "teaser". I recommend avoiding this service provider.

They were a bit slow to respond initially, but they did set a time and showed up on time. They did a good job not making a mess. Turns out my fireplace wasn't too dirty, but seeing how we were new homeowners of a older house I had no idea. I knew we were missing the little cage that keeps the bats out on top. They installed that one in no time at all. If I did it over again I'd prob install that one myself but they seemed reasonable in price and all so... All together I'd have to recommend them, they did a fine job.

Amazing. Alex was professional, thorough and kind. Having the broken vent caused a major fire hazard as there was a thick layer of lint behind the machine. We were really lucky to have him come by. Also, the company offers many other services so we're having them come out to do a mold inspection. Really happy with them.

Many promises of contacts and phone calls but no service, and big mix-up with scheduling due to person getting fired, and then time of appointment. The men who did the actualjob were very polite and professional. This business needs to improve in its |customer service.

It turned out very good. My dad used that one. I met them at my dads house. They were very responsive. They were there when they said they would be. It was a really good experience. The person that was there was very polite and he explained everything that he was doing. My dad wanted a flapper vent put on but, it would have broken the plaster. So, he told me what to get instead. He answered all of my questions that I had. The vent was clogged up and when he got done it really made a big difference. I would use them again.

They were great guys..like I mentioned though, their office staff left a lot to be desired. Took over four weeks to schedule the service!

Staff showed up on time, clreaned dryer vent, installed new tubing, and cleaned-up afterword.

The two men arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. They did the work quickly and left the room very clean. I would definitely use them again.
