I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special for this service and they were great. They were clean and good.

My dryer vent is very long and inside a wall. Because of this, I have it cleaned rather often to avoid a possible build up and fire. These guys were very quick, not fuss, no muss. In and out quick, job done well. I'd definitely use them again.

Unresponsive to emails or phone calls to reschedule the service. This company had a coupon on Angies List. 1) Do not trust any coupons on Angie's List - these are not based on performance but purely paid pop-ups. 2) Never use Sky Blue.

It went pretty well. Scheduling was very easy and just took a phone call. The technicians were punctual and professional.

They were great. They were prompt and did what I paid for.

It was so-so job. They could have been more thorough. The carpet dried in about 4 hours.

They called me to schedule and they really wanted to honor the deal. They were very prompt. They did the work and it was well done. They cleaned it very thoroughly.

When the guy got here he said that our carpets were really dirty. He suggested we pay additionally for chemicals to get the rugs really clean. I paid $50 to have the carpet deep cleaned. Some of the stains that we had were removed, but there are still some stains remaining. The carpet dried in a couple of days. The really heavy areas, we had to put towels down after he left and it still took days to dry.

It was horrible. My gas fireplace was working prior to their visit, but I had a buzzing sound I wanted fixed. They sent a very incompetent person for the job. I ended up paying them close to $600 because they recommend replacing the whole fireplace. They came out a number of times and finally asked me if I would just like my money back. I got my money back, but I have a totally non-functioning fireplace now.

The service was very fast and straightforward. In fact I dont remember exactly what I purchased in the Angiest List Deal but I dont have any strong feelings about it one way or another.

I wanted to use it, but they can ever get here to do the work. They waited so long and then told me they won't do that work any more.

I decided not to go with them and find a company that specializes in carpet cleaning. They were very responsive. They called to ask when a good time would be. They had really good follow-up, but I just changed my mind.

No services have been performed. They came and asked for more money because they said the carpet was too dirty. They wouldn't perform any work. I asked them if they could do whatever they could for the $69 and they refused.

It went well. They resolved my problem. They cleaned up and were on time.

It was okay. I believe they were late for the appointment. I didn't really feel we needed the filter change, but they up-sold me. This was maybe $99 additionally.

Tried to schedule several times. Finally, company said it has temporarily stopped providing this service.

They were polite, but they said they don’t do the service anymore on the carpet cleaning.

I've used this company before with good results, so I was surprised when they didn't return my phone calls to schedule a service. After a week of leaving messages, I contacted Angie's List as I was trying to use a Big Deal voucher that was expiring soon. A representative from the company called me that evening & explained that their floor cleaning machine was broken & they didn't know how soon it would be fixed. So I am requesting a refund of the voucher so I can use another company.

The machine they brought was not able to reach my unit. Two guys cleaned floor tiles in good old fashion way - scrubbing with the brush. They did amazing job.

Company says they no longer offer that service and it should not have been offered on Angie's List.

Friendly service guys came to my house to restore bathroom counter top but were unable to perform this service on the type of counter that I have.

I spoke with the provider and they said they are too busy and are not offering the service anymore.
