He was very good. The technician was very good, but I would have liked someone from the company to call to confirm the appointment. I was not sure if anyone was going to come. Will I use them again? Maybe!

I was given a 4 hour window, but Alex called to tell me he would be at my house in 30 minutes. I really appreciated the heads up. The work was done professionally and quickly. It was a positive experience and I would use Alex again.

It took a couple weeks to get in touch with the person to schedule the work but this was right before Christmas. Then we had to find a time to do the work which was a few weeks out. However, the 2 man crew showed up on time, cleaned the flue, inspected the chimney on the roof, tightened the spark arrestor and cleaned up within an hour. I am very satisfied with the work they did.

After scheduling they did not show up. They tried to re-schedule, but we already had plans. We would prefer not to do business with them.

They came out and when I was talking with the tech, I let him know that my house was tested for asbestos. They were great and let me know that they could not touch the vents. They did schedule within in couple of days after I purchased the Big Deal. They came out from Orange County, which was an hour and a half away. He was kind and courteous.

They came over the first time and they just used a brush. The cleaning was really quick. He cleaned everything and then I rehooked the dryer up and after that it didn't work. I thought it was because I had an old dryer, so I went out and I purchased a new dryer, but that wasn't the issue. Then we called them again, they sent someone else out right before the Holidays. Jonathan was his name and he did a thorough checkup for me. His attitude with how he approached the dryer vent cleaning was good too. He didn’t bring enough equipment, or the equipment he needed, and said he would get back with me after the holidays, but he didn’t get back to me. I patiently waited for month and then I called them. Finally they understood my problem and questions and they said they would have someone contact me the next day; and they still haven’t. This has been lasting over 2 months and this should have been a simple and one time job.

It was fine. The guy who came out was efficient. The final cost of the service was the same as the amount of the original estimate. The value of the work was very good as compared to the price. I chose them because they were the one offering the deal. The guy was on time and clean. I had no problems with him. He was good. His price was fair and good but he did so little work.
