They never contacted me even though I had already paid for the service.

Tyson showed up on time and did a very professional job, including repaint. It took a little while to find the materials but we were kept in the loop. I highly recommend their service.

The service turned out fine. He knew what he was doing. He was very efficient. The cost of replacing the hose seemed reasonable. I was very pleased with their service.

The man did a fine job for the most part. However, he forgot to check the connecting vent hose which was totally disconnected and I had to have someone come and repair it.

Everything went very well. No problems.

It went fine. I just had to wait for a while after I bought the deal before I could use it because I was doing some remodeling and I wanted to wait for that to get done before I have them clean the carpet. They came out and they were on time. Everything went fine and I did not spend any more than the big deal price. They were fast and efficient. The only thing that I did not like was that the carpet took so long to dry. They were also courteous.

NOTHING. They came out late and then informed that the 350 square feet of stone cleaning and restoration all had to be in one area. Since my two bathrooms have floor area of about 40 square feet, they would only do one bathroom. They wouldn't do any counter tops or walls. They wouldn't clean the grout. This meant they would only do one small bathroom floor of 40 square feet for the 350 square feet of restoration advertised. I told them to leave and that I would ask for a refund, as the Big Deal claim was misleadingly worded. This will be the last Big Deal I will ever buy from Angie's list. I would like a refund, as they did nothing, but waste my time taking everything out of my bathroom. This was a switch and bait scam, below Angie's List standards.

Initially, the first time Sky Blue Restorations were supposed to show up, they were a no show and didn't call to tell us they wouldn't be here. But other than that, he came out the next time on time and got in and got out. I had to pay extra for some chemicals, so it was kind of expensive. But he was a nice guy and did a good job. We were pleased with the finished product.

The job was scheduled out a couple of weeks from first contact, and they arrived on the date scheduled (between 1-4 p.m.), but I forgot they were coming, and missed them. A message was left for us on our home number. I called and spoke to the person who was sent, I apologized for missing the appointment, and he said he would have the schedule call me back. After a few days of not receiving a call, I called again and left a message. Still no call back. My husband called TWICE and left messages. Still no call mback. Angie's list called us (unrelated to this service), and I let them know what was going on, and they had our money refunded. It was very unprofessional for them to not call us back and reschedule.

The service was never provided.

It went very well. The guy who came out cleaned it and gave me some suggestions and things. He also told me that I needed a new insert and he said his company does it and I left a message or I think he called in and left a message and then I never heard back from them in terms of getting someone out to see what I needed. My fireplace wasn’t really dirty so I imagine if they used him, he would have done an even more super job for someone whose fireplace was really dirty. He was very quiet and very polite. He went to business and then when I asked him, he couldn’t really answer a lot of questions that I asked about the fireplace but he said if I call the company that his boss will give information in terms of what inserts I needed to improve the quality of the flame. I thought the price was great for the work. If my fireplace has been really dirty, it would have been an excellent price because that’s a messy job. I basically needed them because I needed information more so he wasn’t able to supply that information but other than that, it was a great price. Their responsiveness in terms of when I called them and set the appointment, it was set right away. He came when he was supposed to. He was on time and did a wonderful job. I was the only person in this area and so he wanted to come earlier and I couldn’t do it so he thought we were going to have to change dates and then I guess his boss said no and go on and do the other things and come back to me and so he did and that was wonderful. Their punctuality was fine.

Initially it was supposed to be a $199 Big Deal for a toilet installation. When they installed the toilet they told me the angle stop was leaking and charged me an additional $160. Otherwise I was very pleased. The man that came, Moises, was very good. I was very pleased with him and the work he did.

We were not happy with them and I think my husband canceled with Angie's List because of it. Basically, we wanted chimney repair and they let us to believe they did that as well like for the electricity, and he comes over and he checks the switch twice and then he did not want to clean it and that was part of the deal as well. So I told him to go get his vacuum cleaner and sweep it up but he did such a bad job. It was really a waste of my time and money. He said he wanted to branch out and do carpet cleaning, etc., so I could not wait for him to leave basically. He was awful. Then I had to have someone come in and look at it, an electrician, as I did not trust that it was working properly, there was a delay or something and I was not convinced. Regarding price, I think I did not get my moneys worth. He did come out at the right time. The quality of his work was poor. Regarding his professionalism, he was friendly but did not get the job done. The thing that was interesting is that I did not know what to do because the guy was so bad that and I did not tell him that he was that bad because I just wanted him out of my house. It was weird, because I have never felt like I have been ripped off so badly with a service provider and I just wanted him out of my house. It was bizarre. Usually I am pretty straightforward, but I do not know I just did not trust him I think so I just wanted him out of my house.

Sky Blue Restorations did the job okay, but they weren't very punctual. They didn't call me for two or three weeks after I purchased the Big Deal. I had to call them and the first few times, they didn't respond. I called Angie's List, and they pushed him to respond. Once they showed up, they did an okay job.

He was on time. He went straight to work. Unfortunately he told me that I probably shouldn't use my "pre-fab" fireplace any more. I don't know that he would have told me that w/o me asking. He seemed quite knowledgeable, and I trusted him. But again, I had to ask re. the integrity of my fireplace. He didn't point me in any direction to get the fireplace back in working order; that's a mixed bag. It's good that they don't seem to be in anyone's "pocket", but it would have been nice for him to give me a bit of guidance on how to remedy my issue. Just sayin.

The technician was prompt, friendly, thorough, neat and fast. The vent flaps barely moved before Sky Blue came. Now we've got the Santa Anas blowing through. Great job!

Carpet cleaning was ok, but I was not happy they had no deodorizer or spot remover.

It was very simple. The service provider said he wouldn't guarantee that the stains on the carpet could be remove completely.

Miguel came and cleaned our chimney. He was very professional and informative as to what was needed. Very clean also

The biggest issue was getting the appointment. The first correspondence was with a phone number that did not work. The second correspondence was a fax number instead of a phone number, so I faxed them a request. They then called 2 weeks later. Then it took another week before we got connected. The day of the appointment went well and the dryer vent cleaning went well too overall.

The experience was fine. They were fine. They did what they advertised that they would do.

There were no other charges to the big deal. The person who came out acted in a professional manner. He came in, did his job, and left quickly. Overall, it was a good experience. I think the price was probably a little high for the amount of time he was here.

They did good. I will use them again.
