Description of Work: We used Sky Blue Restorations.

Description of Work: I had my tile clearned before. A machine is needed. They don't have it. I called while the worker was out, he told me to let him try a section. He tried a foot and it didn't work so he left and didn't do the work.

Description of Work: They came out to clean pavers and reseal but said the promotional deal would not cover it and that the charge would be 300.00 I said fine but they have been out 4 times so far and are coming again on Monday, 7/15/13, to try to reseal so there won't be water spots anymore. This is the third time they have attempted to seal the terra cotta pavers. We have had this done in years past and it is a one day thing and is perfect. These guys are nice but don't seem to know what they are doing.

Description of Work: The reason this company got a D instead of an F is that they did contact me first to set up the inspection and they were very polite and friendly. However, they never showed up for the inspection. I called them and they apologized and set another date for the inspection. Again they never showed up. They are nice but I have to take time off of work to wait at home and it is very frustrating to wait around while they never show up or even call.

Description of Work: looked at my shower and said the mold and hard water would not come out. Used his solution and a brush on shower floor. Did not even try to do ceiling. Very disappointed. Waste of money.

Description of Work: Blue Sky came out and first said that although Angies List deal was for 300 square feet of stone tile cleaning, it had to be adjacent square feet, rather than a hall way and adjacent room. Then, after trying a test spot, they determined the work would be too hard. They took a photo, sent it to their boss, who said he would rather refund the money than proceed with the work.

Description of Work: I was nable to contact this company by telephone for several months. However when I was able to contact them , they came out and asessed the situation. I thought there was a problem and there was. It amounted to alot more work than was anticipaed. Work under the house and new parts. Took two appointments and two employees but the job was completed. Hopefully the issue is resolved.. The two employees worked very hard and seemed to know what they were doing.

Description of Work: Dryer vent cleaning. He had to go underneath the dryer platform to get to the connection, but he did it. Great job.

Description of Work: Last contact with provider was 4/9/13 when he called to cancel for about the fourth time. So on four different occasions we anticipated the service by making room on our schedules and sometimes removing all items from the cabinets beneath the bathroom vanities before the provider would call to inform us that the appointment could not be kept. Very disappointing.
