Description of Work: They completed a dryer vent cleaning through a Big Deal. They were very good! However, they cancelled the first appointment at the last minute and rescheduled. When they showed up, they were extremely helpful. They also gave me advice so that I would not need their services as much in the future. I would hire them again knowing and understand that they have a habit of rescheduling at the last minute.

Smooth as a baby's butt!
Description of Work: He did what he was supposed to do - which, these days, is saying a lot! Showed up on time, nice attitude, didn't overcharge, didn't take forever to get the job done. I had a Groupon at the time and now years later I see he is on Angie's List - maybe he was all along - so I am calling him now again to look at the dryer vents in our new house (we've moved since the first time he came) and I see he cleans carpets too - nice! So I'll ask him about that.
