Description of Work: Cleaned air ducts, sanitized and cleaned dryer vent. The B is due to under each vent there was dust and debris left, I would have expected that to be cleaned up. The debris was all over the kids toys from one vent, which I would have been happy to moved if I was warned. The dryer vent was cleaned but again debris was left on my front porch, which I had just cleaned a few days before. I didn't expect to clean up from an air duct cleaning and hope in the future the operator cleans up the mess made.

Description of Work: There aparantly was a miscommunication. The person I spoke with previously is not affiliated with Blue Sky restorations. I have since spoken with Jorge and he is very professional. My carpets are scheduled to be cleaned and deodorized on the 19th. I expect to get great service and will report the outcomes.
