Amazingly quick response to my first call and equally quick to schedule a convenient appointment. The fast, friendly and professional service received was reminiscent of how the good old fashion service used to be from the neighborhood repair shops. Awesome! Nathan called and arranged a time when he would be there to look at our door. About an hour before he was suppose to show up he called and said he was running behind. NICE!! We arranged for him to come even later - as we had "another" guy coming for an estimate. Not only was Nathan more professional and explained things in great detail - Royale Garage doors was able to fix it for a lot less than the "other guy". Great experience! Highly recommend.

If worker that showed up was just a little more pleasant to deal with, it would have been 5 stars. Worker was a bit gruff, but did a satisfactory job..

Andrew and Mario were efficient at repairing our garage door. They were able to fix it that day, even though it was a Sunday. Our house was for sale and we ran into a delay due to a realtor showing up late and Andrew and Mario patiently waited to pull up and fix our garage door. When we mentioned that our house was for sale, they even went to the trouble of making sure our garage door was up to code (e.g. garage door sensitivity/child safety, height of detectors) so we would not have any problems during escrow. Andrew was highly communicative with everything he did. The estimate was $5 off a competitors, but offered a longer warranty.

1-very good service : the technician arrived after about 50 min. with one helper .He replaced the broken spring , ten rollers and makes some adjustments. All done in exactly 35 min. cost $300.00 . 2.I think it"s a little overprice that why I just rate 4 stars.The tech.is a very good salesman and very friendly The other co. asks me a lower price. He came out the same afternoon I called, which was critical, as the car was stuck in the garage! He quickly discovered the problem, explained why it had occurred, and installed superior hardware to what was there, to ensure that the problem didn't reoccur. The garage door works perfectly now.

Arrived on time (after a notice they would be late). Provided a fair estimate and completed the repair in a rapid manner.

Our garage door needed adjustment. On the phone I was told the service call would be $29.95, and for what might need to be done, the total cost might be $60 to $120. Seemed reasonable to me. The adjustment took the technician about 5 to 10 minutes. He noted a bracket connecting the drive chain to the door should be a more substantial bracket. He showed me the recommended bracket and it looked like a much better connection. I agreed to have him install it. Cost $60. Seemed a bit high, since it took a very short time for him to install. Total bill came to about $120. I consider the cost to be a bit high. The tech, Nathan, was competent
