+ -1 moreIt was excellent. They're very professional. They have a lot of good flooring to choose from. They were courteous, they were prompt, and they were reasonable. They haven't done the work yet; we still aren't to the finish line.

Description of Work: service was good, flooring looks great. there is squeaking in some areas of the floor when stepped on as well as some residual visible glue around my fireplace. The installers where pleasant and efficient. Other than the afford mention, the flooring is beautiful and the baseboards look great.

+ -1 moreVery professional all the way through. The new floor looks incredible, and the installers did n outstanding job. The drywall guys again were professional, and did outstanding work! Highly recommend Ray, and this company for flooring and other home improvements.
Description of Work: Removed old laminate flooring and installed new beautiful laminate. Also repaired drywall and paint in my bathroom.

Description of Work: Replaced entire homes carpet-3600sqft. Ann was the best, actually felt like family by the time we were done. Took the time to rework the carpet choices and bid to make it financially capable for us. Went above and beyond, love her!!! Carpet looks gorgeous.

Whenever I need to talk to the owner, he is always available or reply back right away. I am very impressed and satisfied with the work they did for me.

+ 4 moreWe have been using Ray?s service for our townhouse and house. Ray worked on our kitchen and flooring on our townhouse. As for our house, he worked on our kitchen and (3) bathrooms including shower. We were very pleased with his work. Timing was exceptional, never delayed on anything that needed to be done. Ray would call us and stop by everyday to check on the work progress. His has great crews, polite and very clean. Ray was always there to answer any of our questions, open to suggestions as well as for design ideas. Ray is very patient and has a great positive personality. As a contractor, he makes you feel comfortable to work with. Royal Flooring has a great showroom with beautiful selection of material. It made our decision very easy to pick the material. We definitely recommend Ray?s service to anyone who wants to go through remodeling process.
