Very well. The men were all very professional. When they finished, you could not even tell where they had opened a wall.

A six man crew completed the repipe in a single day. Full water service was restored by 4:00 in the afternoon. Wise choices were made in mapping the repipe to minimize the number of places in which walls were opened. A second 3 man crew followed on another day to patch and texture coat wallboard, and patch exterior stucco. Both crews were obviously experienced and knew their jobs. This repipe company can execute the job more quickly than a standard plumber. Overall, quite satisfied with quality and price.

This happened on a holiday weekend. Called all my local plumbing companies especially those that advertised 24/7 emergency service. Everyone was a disappointment. To those that responded on that Tuesday everyone was giving me crazy ideas about how to fix the slab leak or was giving me a month availability. I was able to contact Repipe Specialist that Sunday when I found them online. They were able to do it the next Friday. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and educated me on all there is to know about water pipes and plumbing in a home. I was guided to choose the best choice for my situation and made me realize that this company was really an expert in the job at hand. The repipe with pex pipping was done in a day! The crew came at 8 am sharp and finished by 3pm. There was a lot of support. From the office to the shop to the setting up of city inspection to the final patching up of all the walls and stucco. Follow up on all the finishing touches was flawless. Responsive and properly done. Greatest experience. I totally recommend this company.

Better than expected. They completed the entire job in the exact time frame the quoted. They Installed and ensured everything worked properly and not only replaced the drywall but finished my it with the same texture it originally had matching the texture perfectly.

After scheduling with Repipe, they had John Oscarson come out to examine our pipes and provide a quote. After inspection, he took the time to educate us about piping, and told us that our home did not require a re-pipe. We had requested quotes from other plumbing companies, and they all told us that we should just re-pipe the home and gave us quotes. I was really impressed with John's honesty and integrity - and would hire Repipe Specialists in the future or recommend to anyone who needs repiping done. Piping is a long term investment, and it is best to go with a specialist, even if competitors are cheaper.

From the sales call with David to the patching and cleanup, I felt very comfortable with my choice of Repipe Specialists. I had 3 estimates, and even though it wasn't a true apples to apples comparison, Repipe offered a more thorough and complete job. Horatio did a great job assessing my needs and planning the steps to complete it, making helpful suggestions during this time. The pipe crew (4-5 men) worked very efficiently and were finished by 2pm. The patching crew did a fantastic job the next day and left the patches super smooth and ready to prime. Excellent! Day one a team of 7 men showed up at 7:30 and went to work like a precision team. By 3:30pm the repipe was completed and water was turned on. Day two Aliso Viejo city inspector came and inspected the job. All AOK. Day three the drywall patch team of six men came out at 7:30 and worked hard all day and completed the patch / texture by 7:00pm. This also included stucco patching and outside hose bib replacement. I am a furniture builder / artist and I know my trades. Even their tools were top notch. Sure feel good not worrying about potential leaks anymore.

The crew and the supervisor, Boy, were wonderful. They worked hard all day long (12 hours or more). I highly recommend them.

The job went very smoothly, they expected two days of work but finished it in one, and left the house nearly as clean as it had been before. The patchwork the next day matched my existing walls seamlessly.

The process with Repipe Specialists starts with a Sales Consultant that comes to your home to look at the job and give an estimate. It's an all inclusive price...plumbing, permits, inspector, and finally dry wall. My consultant was Joe Moore. He's the BEST! He practically had to hold my hand through the process because I was terrified! Aquaduct Plumbing called to tell me they were on their way, and they showed up at the appointed time. Very professional team! They invaded my home, and started working. All I had to do was stay out of the way, and answer questions as they came up. The team cleaned up after themselves, and we did a walk-through of the house. I discovered a leak at one of the faucets after they left, so I turned off the water to the house. I called the after hours number, and they sent someone out the next morning and fixed the problem immediately. A scary experience for me because I have never had anything major done on my house, or spend that much money on anything other than a car. It was scary, but I took a leap of faith! It all turned out well, and my water pressure is GREAT!!! They scheduled the inspector after plumbing work was completed. Then the drywall guy, Miguel Osorio, came out to repair the holes in the wall where the plumbing work had been done. Another great job was done by Custom Home Ororio, and it all looks GREAT from beginning to end!!

I'm happy we chose the Repipe Specialists. The crews seemed to work very well together. The project manager was always quick to answer our questions. And overall, it was a job well done.

Efficient & professional crews, for both the repiping and patching jobs

Repipe Specialists were amazing! The job took three days - day one was cutting into the walls and ceiling to remove the old copper piping and install PEX; day two was the city inspection; and day three was for the drywall patchwork and re-texture. Different teams performed the plumbing work and drywall work. Both teams were incredibly efficient and took time to protect our flooring and belongings and thoroughly cleaned up at the completion of each day.

I called on Feb 13, 2017 to have a second repipe done and they said they they are fully booked for the next month and could not take anymore appointments. I asked if I could book something for a month from now and they said not at this time because they don't know what will be available then. I told them that I would inform Angie's list how busy they are.

This was a very smooth process from initial meeting with Rafael through the actual pluming and final patch work. Communications were excellent. All of the copper pipe in the house was replaced with PEX. In South Orange County there are lots of problems with the lower grade copper pipe used in original construction and the water additives are corrosive which has resulted in an epidemic of pinhole and slab leaks. Insurance companies are beginning to remove internal water damage coverage from their policies and/or canceling policies after the second loss is reported. We have already had one pinhole leak several years ago which damaged our kitchen. We are still paying higher premiums because of this but will get a significant premium reduction when we renew after the PEX repipe. All of the work was performed efficiently and professionally. The pipes and water heater were replaced on the first day and we were without water for only about 7 hours. Patching was completed inside the house in one day with a remaining exterior stucco patch the next day. We are very pleased with the work from Repipe Specialists. All of the crew were polite and very careful to cover surfaces and furnishings in the house with canvas and plastic to prevent dust. The job site was cleaned up very completely after each day and we have not noticed any residual dust in our house. We definitely recommend Repipe Specialists to other prospective customers for a quick, efficient, professional and cost competitive job.

Outstanding. We found out that water was going under my slab and when I called Repipe Specialist, Mike had Johnathan Lopez at my house the next day at 7pm. Johnathan's presentation was outstanding. He laid every part that was going to be used on the table and went thru every detail. We just knew that the price was going to be too high. We already had two quotes from plumbing companies. The price was one third of the plumbing companies. We were thrilled. They started the next day, Saturday, at 8:00 am. Everybody was on time and they came in with a complete crew of eight workers. All of the equipment was laid out and they went to work. The workers laid out plastic thru out my house and kept everything neat and clean. This was in the middle of us having to go to a wedding and reception. Plus it was going to rain. Nothing stopped them from completing the job "in One day". I got a call at 4:30pm saying, "Mr. Curley, Your repiping is complete and you have water". No hidden costs. All new fixtures everywhere and Water Regulator included. Everybody on the team, Jennifer, Mike, Rafael, patchers, and stucco workers were wonderful, working in the rain and at night to complete my job. All of the inspections (two) were approved. No delays. Work was done quickly and the crew was very professional and patient, thoroughly explaining the work and completing the repipe portion of the job in a single day. Patching took another 2 days, and overall the restoration looks great.

Fast, efficient and good cleanup. Very easy company to work with. I have acoustic ceilings and they did a good job matiching it when they re-plastered.
