Description of Work: After 4 small leaks, we decide to repipe the entire house. The Repipe Specialist team completed the task in 3 days. The work was done professionally, all inspections completed within any issues, the walls repaired, then plumbing working. Repipe specialists price was a bit on the high side, but I prefer to work with a company that knows what they are doing. I don't worry about leaks anymore.

Description of Work: He came to the house on time and performed a good assessment of the total project. He took good amount of time explaining what needed to be done, their guaranteed and explained things in a way that I actually learned more about my project. The haven't done the jobs as we are still negotiating a price.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the work done. Except for the sales person, which all tend to annoy me, the entire staff was very easy to work with. Three plumbers showed up and in one day they had the entire house re-piped and working. All the holes in the wall were left open for the city inspectors. The inspector didn't show up for a week, so I recommend coordinating the inspector visit a day after the plumbers are done. When the inspection was completed, the finishing crew came and patched all the holes in one day with minimal mess. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and close they tried to match the wall textures. There was a routing problem with the water heater drain pipe that I wanted changed. They took care of it without a charging me extra. I highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of re-piping their home.

Description of Work: We had a slab leak 3 years ago which was very expensive and messy to fix. We decided if we ever got another slab leak we would repipe. In May a 2nd leak developed so we called All American Repipe. They were able to come out and repipe the whole house. They were fast and professional, and even improved some of the exposed plumbing when the did the repipe - things that were not part of the quote and which they did for free.

Description of Work: I am still waiting for a refund of my $20.00 that I paid thinking that they would install my new toilet. I was told that is only if I had my house repiped. They would do the replacing of the toilet for $20.00. so therefore they did not do the work. When can I expect the refund? I have emailed to your customer service but have not heard at all. I am going to be gone for several weeks starting Thursday.

Description of Work: PEX repipe of hot and cold plumbing. Price and service were good for the repipe. But, I did not appreciate immediate attempt to upsell for a minimum of an additional $2,800 for drains. That would have meant an 30% increase over what we discussed on the site visit, and this was the first order of business in the morning, before any actual plumbing began. I had some drain corrosion, but found another plumber to do comprehensive drain work for $1,800.
