Re-pipe Specialists were very prompt; they patched up all the holes and worked efficiently. They even were able to get the inspector out there to make sure everything was up to code and working properly.

I had one little problem with the drain cleaning, but that was it. The copper re-pipe went just fine. They worked out okay. They actually did really good on the copper re-pipe. The problem with the drains was however corrected. It is kind of hard to say if I would hire them again, I am just not sure. I mean I probably would not recommend them to people.

The repiping went well under schedule, the installers were fast, efficient getting the whole project done in one day! The repiper, Steve was professional and very polite. The problem came in the follow up, the job left one bathroom with a leak that had to be fixed by another company as they did not fix that kinda thing. If they had informed me at first this would not have been an issue at all. The problem seems to be communication between their departments. Hetta, my job scheduler, although a wonderfully sweet person seems uninformed about any job that she schedules, she makes excuses and says things like "no we don't do that" forcing a person to recall repipe's main office a number of time to straighten things out over several issues. This was a minor frustration, but once worked around, a repipe well done. If you are using repipe specialist, be sure that you get a good scheduler, good communication and I am sure you will be very pleased with their work.

After receiving several bids, I selected Re-pipe Specialists, Inc. to re-pipe the house and replace the water main. The sales representative, Michael Norris, was professional and well informed. He was the reason I chose the company for the job. The crew was on-time, thorough and hard-working. I can only recommend their services to others.

Piping was good and done in one day by crew of 5. City inspector came the next day and passed everything except for the low water pressure. Apparently, the pressure regular was reducing the flow into the house. During the next day, the patching guys adjusted the water pressure but I was still concerned and called Art in the main office. He sent a plumber to check. After consulting the city water pressure for my neighborhood (69 PSI max), they recommended that I do without the regular completely, which I agreed. The plumber removed it and Art knocked off $60 from the bill. Now water pressure is better than before the job. For one shower fixture, dial plate was put in upside down but the patching crew put it upright. The patching crew did not do a thoroughly good job on the tiles. I had to personally smooth out some grout lines with more grout and add in some silicone sealer where a tile was set too far into the wall behind the shower plate. Be sure to fully check the patching job.

Overall I was very happy with their work. They showed up on time. There were at least 6 men doing the work. They covered the carpet, the furniture in the living room, the kitchen table, and the refrigerator. They were very polite and answered all of my questions. The only thing I wasn't too happy about was that they didn't close the screen doors when they went outside.

The work crew did a pretty good job. Got to the jobsite on time and worked hard. The crew supervisor came out for a few minutes at the end of the day and he was very rude. He is the main reason I didn't give this company an ''A'' for Overall experience. My opinion is that the Salesman oversold their services (which is fairly normal).

They were very punctual, very polite, informative. They were referred with high praise, so I did not get another price, the little I knew, the price sounded fair.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT I STILL SAY THAT THEY WERE PRETTY EXPENSIVE. I MEAN, MY HOUSE ISN'T THAT BIG. BUT I MUST SAY THAT THEY WERE ON TIME, DID A REALLY GOOD JOB AND INSPIRED TRUST. THEY ALSO HAVE A LIFETIME GUARANTEE FOR THE PIPES, WHICH I WAS PRETTY HAPPY WITH.

THE JOB PERFORMED BY REPIPE SPECIALISTS WAS DONE EXTREMELY WELL. THE ONE COMPLAINT THAT I WOULD HAVE IS THAT THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE WAS WRONG. THEY WERE OFF BY APPROXIMATELY 1,000 DOLLARS.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THEY DID THE JOB VERY QUICKLY AND WAS VERY CLEANLY. THEY ALSO DID MY NEIGHBOR'S HOUSE AND GAVE US A $50.00 CHECK FOR REFERRING THEM.

THE MEN WORKED VERY QUICKLY, I ALWAYS HAD WATER WHEN I NEEDED IT. SOME OF THE MEN DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, BUT AT ALL TIMES THERE WAS SOMEONE WITHIN THE GROUP THAT COULD SPEAK ENGLISH. WHEN THERE WERE PROBLEMS, THEY FOLLOWED THROUGH AND GOT THEM FIXED. I HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE LADIES IN THE OFFICE WHOSE SPEECH PATTERN SEEMED TO BE RATHER HARSH (I BELIEVE IT TO HAVE BEEN A CULTURE CLASH IN THE WAY CALIFORNIAN SPEAK).

TOOK TIME TO DO IT RIGHT. GREAT COMMUNICATION. EASY TO WORK WITH.
