+ -1 moreThey pulled the toilet and showed me what had happened. They also indicated that using the wax rings is still the better way to do the toilet. Also, saw that they did a few extra things to secure the toilet down. Very fast and professional.
Description of Work: We had a major stoppage in our toilet after replacing the wax ring with a synthetic version.

Mike came when he said he would, he was thorough and willing to add his opinion about an unrelated problem for which we had called him originally; and his opinion was exactly what the problem turned out to be. I will definitely have him back for any plumbing problems we will have in the future. He works quickly and thoroughly because he knows his craft. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
Description of Work: We had a emergency problem with sewage backing into a downstairs shower. I called Plumbing Made Simple LLC, and Mike said he'd be at our house in about 45 minutes with his snake. He arrived exactly when he said he would, ran the snake, quickly cleaned out the problem, and continued to run the snake out into the street sewage line to make sure there were no other problems with our own sewage line. While he was here, we asked him to take a look at why we were having a problem with low water pressure recently. I ran a faucet in a bathroom, he saw how low the pressure was, asked me if I have soft water, which I do, and then told me the problem is with a bad soft water tank. Sure enough, I put the soft water system on bypass, and the water pressure in the house went right up to normal again. The soft water company replaced the bad tank, and everything is back to normal now and working well.
