+ -1 moreWe called him on a Saturday and he showed up in 45 minutes, correctly identified the seized pulley wheel, replaced it with stock he had in his van and we were done. Extremely efficient and no fuss. Hard to believe it was that easy. Friendly guy too.
Description of Work: Our clothes dryer was squeaking.

+ -1 moreThe first company that dispatched a repair man did not have a clue. They quoted a price and left, came back and quoted another price and said they would have to order additional parts and come back another day. He had no clue what he was doing, and I was taking time off work to have him guess!! Then called PHD; Wish I would of called him initially. He services Samsung products that many in the area don't. Got his info from other repair services and was happy I did!
Description of Work: Assessed the problem, gave me an estimate AND and any additional costs if another problem was revealed. Fixed the problem, stayed and checked to make sure nothing went wrong (45 mins). Explained everything as he was doing it. Very thorough.
