Description of Work: I used them for carpet cleaning. I had my shelter and my rags done.

Description of Work: Cleaned several large area rugs that had regular wear and some with pet stains. Appreciated their willingness to please. Was concerned when co-owner, herself, had to deliver heavy rugs because her truck driver couldn't...but appreciated her ethic of getting the job done.

Description of Work: They cleaned a valuable 8' x9' Karastan carpet that was FULL of pet odor. It was so bad I was going to throw it out. | |They dip tanked it and used enzymes. There is NO smell left. The carpet is as good as new. My dog is not attracted to it at all anymore. That is how clean they got it.

+ -1 moreThis is the second time I have used this company. I contacted him, they let know when he could come out (very timely) and they arrived as they had scheduled. Larry the owner is very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I am quite pleased and proud to recommend his company. His standards are to admired.
Description of Work: Larry the owner and his associate came to my home. He described in detail various methods/techniques he would explore to remove embedded stains in my wool rugs. He gave me an estimate of expense and time of completion. They took the rugs and delivered them back to my home, careful to place them back in the exact position. Everything he proposed he followed through on.

+ 0 moreA neighbor recommended Larry's to us. He came out soon after the phone call to give an estimate. He took the two area rugs with him and scheduled the carpet cleaning for the day the rugs were to be returned. The carpet was cleaned on time, but Larry kept the two area rugs for a couple of extra days to work on the colors and cleanliness. He called it a "Labor or Love." When they came back, they were absolutely beautiful.
Description of Work: We had extremely soiled carpet, a large area rug and a turkish rug - dog issues. We waited way too long to have them cleaned, but Larry's staff did a masterful job of cleaning all of these pieces. Originally, Larry said the carpet was possibly not salvageable.

+ -1 moreHe did the best job out of five different I have used in the past. He pretreated the stains and my carpets looked brand new when he was done. They actually came recommended to me by a carpet dealer. The carpet dealer said he was the best and I agree with him.
Description of Work: I had the carpets in my 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms, hallway and stairs cleaned.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A GREAT JOB. IT WAS A NEW CARPET, AND I WANTED THEM TO COME IN AND CHECK ON IT. THE CARPET WAS A YEAR OLD. THEY EXPLAINED TO ME HOW TO DEAL WITH THE WEAR AND TEAR IN GENERAL.
Description of Work: CLEANED ALL CARPETS. SIX ROOMS TOTAL, PLUS THE STAIRS.
