I just had Brian out to fix two issues one was the light switch it was not communicating with the plug. The other was in the living room the plug half of it was not working he diagnosed this so fast and had it done in less than 15 minutes. Brian is so professional and pleasant he listened to all my issues and I will have him back to my home I highly recommend him. An added bonus is he is a general contractor and spoke to him about wanting to remodel my upstairs master bath. I will definitely use Brian again.

Brian contacted me immediately and offered to come out a day earlier than requested. Courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Trouble shooted the issue with two of six canned lights not working, and discovered a third one with faulty wiring; fixed that too! Brian and his crew were professional, quick and friendly. We got 3 quotes, and while Kissel wasn't the cheapest, they were definitely the most professional and communicative. They were extremely clean! Installing new lights can be messy, but they did a great job minimizing mess and cleaning up once done. We decided to go with Brian who had given us an estimate to install 3 pendant lights above our island. His rates were very reasonable and his work impeccable. He initially installed 2 of the lights as we determined one was defective. He offered to come back to finish the job after we received the replacement light. The lights look wonderful and we're satisfied with the installation.

For many years I was a Purchasing Professional. My role was providing purchasing support for the maintenance team. In that position, I issued many purchase orders to contractors such as electrical, mechanical, etc. I dealt with many businesses during my career. Kissell Electric did some work for me on my home. They performed above my expectations. Brian Kissel ran the project and was wonderful to work with. I will certainly recommend him to friends and neighbors that need home improvements performed.

Brian was timely and extremely good. He was even willing to come back and install light bulbs into the chandelier 15 ft high after the install because the bulbs had not arrived yet.

I scheduled Brian to come out and check/replace an electrical breaker that had gone out. He was efficient, fairly priced and scheduled a time that was perfect for me. I liked that he was pro-active and noticed several other 30 year old breakers that were starting to corrode. He went to Lowe's and got what was needed saving me another service call and the inconvenience of loosing power in the near future. He texted that evening to be sure everything was working properly! I will use Kissel Electric again and would recommend them. This was my first time using a HomeAdvisor professional and was very happy.

I would recommend Brian to anyone looking to hire an electrician. We hired Brian to add can lights to 8 rooms in our house along with lights in our garage and to move a switch panel. It was a total of approximately 40 lights being added including some with high ceilings. He was prompt to provide a quote and provided a fair quote. He then promptly started the job and completed within 2 full days. He did an excellent job and was very clean and tidy in his work. Despite needing to get into the walls and ceiling, he was very clean in his work and left only 3 spots that need a small paint touch up as most rooms were completed without even being able to detect that work was done in the walls or ceiling.
