We’ve been using him for about five years. He's super professional, meticulous in his work, cleans up after himself, and is very reliable. He's normally done in half a day. Sometimes you have to schedule a week or two ahead because he's busy. He can do everything , and does it well.

We bought a house in California long-distance (from the east coast) and there were many issues that came up in the home inspection. We contacted JM Construction (Justin Miller) through Angie's list and he gave us an estimate of repair costs using the inspection report. When we arrived in CA, Justin came the first week and began work. Most of the work was electrical, but he was able to perform any work we requested. He was extremely knowledgeable, always on time, always did what he said he would do. And the long-distance estimates were accurate. Most of the work was electrical, which was a big mess. He found and fixed many safety issues that the home inspection didn't uncover. He fixed some structural issues we had in the attic that were significant and the charge was more than reasonable. He also referred us to other people we needed as we didn't know anyone in CA - painters, screen makers. Justin was a real find! We are so lucky we found him and will continue to use him.

He originally quoted about $600 because he didn't know where the source was and he thought he might have to tear the wall up but when he made the hole in the ceiling there were wires there he could use. So we were lucky. And he reduced the cost by $200. He did the job well and showed up a little late but called to let me know. But I asked for a quote on doing some landscape lighting and he didn't follow through. He billed himself as a handyman and not a specialist and I think I was expecting more than that.

As indicated above, all work was performed in a timely manner and with a high degree of professionalism.

Great job. He did all of the work himself and was very professional. In order to save money, I left some work for myself (painting, new trim) - and he was gracious with advice.

Even with unexpected damage discovered inside the walls as the window replacement progressed, all the work proceeded in an efficient and organized manner. The job took a few days longer than planned but we felt the internal structural repairs left us with a sounder structure. Each day finished with a complete cleanup, and all the work was top quality.

I think he had great responsiveness. There was another leak after the work was complete, but they quickly came out and repaired at no charge.

This guy has a big backlog and couldn't get to me for a couple of weeks. But he showed up on time on the date he committed to, assessed the scope of work, gave me an approximate estimate, completed the work within an hour and a half, and charged me exactly what he estimated the cost to be. As to the quality of the work, I will not know whether the repair was good until we have the next rain storm. However, based on his pleasant demeanor and overall attitude, his assessment of the problem, and his professional approach to performing the work, I expect that the repair will be proven completely successful..

Justin was very polite and did great work.

I put a call into the company. He called back within a very reasonable time----actually from wherever he was vacationing with his family. He set up a date and time to call me back the following week----which he did; even a bit earlier than was expected. When he decided that my project was bigger than he handles, he promptly gave me another company to call. He was considerate, professional, and very responsive.

He did a great job. We called him on Monday afternoon and he was out here on Tuesday. His price was little high, but he did some extra tile work. We were very pleased with his job. He was a good guy and he did what he had to do. It took him all afternoon and it was hot on the roof because it was a very warm that day and he did a good job. He knew what he was doing. We would use him again in the future.

I was very frustrated with a roof leak I detected in my office in my home. I called 2 roofers who did not detect any leak, however they wanted to sell me a re-roofing at $16,000. So I went on Angie's LIst and found Justin. He was very nice and honest, and reasonably priced.Just the fact he was so upfront and honest, regarding what the roof issue could have been, I will continue to use him for all my home needs. I plan on using him fo ALL our other things I need done in my home in the near future. He was great.. I highlty recommend him!!

Even with changes from the original project that caused some of the work to be redone he was positive, professional and efficient. We would use him again in a heartbeat. This kind of sevice is what you hope for when you hire a contractor.

Justin is great. He was very professional. Communication, knowledge, skill, quality of work were superb. And, he's a nice guy! I am very happy that I found Justin to help with repairs and projects for our home.

He keeps the schedule. He keeps the contract. He is also very clean. He is doing all of the work. I would recommend him highly. His level of professionalism has been very good. His work has also been very good.

It went very well. Justin was very professional and very efficient in the roof repair. We called him on a rainy Saturday and he showed up within an hour and completed the roof repair (partially in the rain) in about 3 hours. He had all the tools and materials needed for the repair. It was a very positive experience that exceeded our expectations.

Smooth from start to finish. They are very informative about the products and the layout was precise. Very little mess and clean up was better than when he started.

Got contractors name from a friend, he did the estimate for my design, we agreed and the work went very smooth and the quality was excellent. He cleaned up daily and kept me informed on the projects progress. He also informed me on up coming steps to complete the project. Duration was about 2 1/2 weeks.

Very quick service and got our hot water running again.

This was a great way to start our day. He solved all the problems we had and volunteered help in carting away boxes that the trash man refused to take.

I like the new fiberglass shingles that they put on our house a lot better than the old shingles. They used very high quality materials on our roof because that is what we wanted and paid for. They also got the entire job done in 5 days.

We are so glad we went with this company to do the roof. They showed up bright and early every single morning to get started. Their time management was incredible. While they were on the job, they had no wasted motion. They always stayed very busy. At the end of the day, they would make sure any exposed sheathing was completely covered in case of rain. Everyone was very friendly. The final product was perfect.

This was a very prompt and polite young man who gave very good value for the money. Not only did he hand me his business card at the door - but a sheet with his background information, including college, etc. I'm making a list of other projects I need to have done and I will call him!
