The price for our total master bath was very good, however, 1. The opening to the bath was not always taped with plastic sheets and the entire bedroom and rest of upstairs was very dusty all the time. Workers were too lazy to keep it taped off. 2. Plumber needed to be replaced. New one had to reinstall the shower head/parts as was in wrong position on shower wall. Lost a major piece to the tub drain (we DID find it in the garbage!) and had difficulties in installing the stand alone tub. 2. 3 different people were hired to install tile in shower area; 25% of tile had to be replaced due to inadequate knowledge to correctly lay tile (had to rip out tile and re-do) and 3rd person did finish. The finish work on the shower was substandard in some areas (e.g. tile in the wall insert for the soap/shampoo was not correctly installed so the finished edges were not from the wall tiles) 3. Each of the subcontractors did not clean up their mess timely and there always was a HUGE mess in the garage. Items were lost and we had to re-order due to total disorganization of keeping track of inventory. 4. Richard was very responsive to our calls and concerns, however, there were just too many things gone wrong with his workers. We felt we got the 3rd string of workers, if even that good, as a few were working for him for the lst time and were extremely incompetent. FINALLY towards the end of the project we were assigned a "closer" that was VERY good and did the final finish work that was better than what any of the other workers had done. It just was too late to do anything about the sloppy work in the shower tile.
