+ -1 moreTHEY SAID THAT IT WOULD BE CHEAPER TO BUY A NEW ONE. THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM AND VERY HELPFUL IN ADVISING ME IN THE EXPENSE OF RECOVERING THE DATA OR BUYING A NEW ONE. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL.
Description of Work: THEY DID DIAGNOSTIC WORK. THEY TRIED TO SEE IF IT COULD BE REPAIRED.

+ -1 moreI DON'T THINK THEY DID THE BEST JOB THEY COULD HAVE DONE, BECAUSE I'M STILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS AFTERWARD. THEY'RE USUALLY REALLY BUSY SO THEY AREN'T VERY TIME EFFICIENT. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH THE UNIFORMS AND STUFF. IT'S USUALLY YOUNG KIDS DOING THE JOBS.
Description of Work: CLEARED THE HARD DRIVE BECAUSE THERE WAS A VIRUS. THEY HAD TO REPROGRAM SOME STUFF.
