EL TORO AIR CONDITIONING & HTG

My experience with them has been good. I would call them back. I do not feel like they stack me. I called them on a Sunday and they were closed. I had to wait until Monday, but most air conditioning places are closed on Sunday. So, if they are going to improve on something, it is to be open on Sunday. From their perspective, I could have gone with someone else.

I called this guy when my Central AC went out because I thought he would have the best price. Let's just say you get what you pay for. He arrived late and told me it was a bad compressor and would need to come back. Days later he shows up with what he said was some kind of booster. He managed to get the AC working just long enough to collect $465 from me. I then had Aliso Air (GREAT COMPANY) come out and had them fix the unit correctly. They replaced the whole thing for only $1,500 and told me that everything this other guy installed was not necessary and wouldn't have fixed the problem. They said he even over charged me on freon and had ripped a lot of other people off as well. When I called him back he ducked my calls and refused to give me a refund. DO NOT USE EL TORO AIR if you know what's good for you!
