He was a good guy and quiet. He was actually earlier that need be. First thing in the morning, I was first stop, and he waited until his time. He stayed in his car until his time then he was right at the door. He jumped on the service. He did a great job. He was in and out an hour. It was done perfectly. This tile guy had no complaint. His punctuality is excellent.

DK Shower Pans was easy to schedule with when I needed them, they came in did the job and left the place spotlessly clean. What more could you ask. Nice thick pan.

He arrived on time and did a great job. He kept our house clean despite the tar and even our plumber was impressed with his work. The hot mop was thick and held up to the water test.

Employee arrived on time, reviewed the status of the prep work and made some small adjustments to the floor drain. Then he protected the floors thru the path in the house to prevent possible spills. He worked quickly to finish the job which was completed in about 3 hours. The outcome of the pan was as expected. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Service person arrived on time, very professional and pleasant. Completed with job in about 1 hour. There was no mess whatsoever, very neat, covered work areas with tarps, and cleaned up after. The tar smell was not as bad as anticipated, and 24 hours later is very minimal and contained to just the shower pan.

They were fine and prompt. They were clean. When they left there was no mess. They were competitive. He came when he said he would come and left when he said he would. I got them off Angie’s list.

The worker was prompt in arriving, ready to work with all the necessary tools and materials. He was very careful, skillful, efficient, and clean in completing the job. We would hire the company again if all their employees are as diligent as this one.

I called and phone was answered by Dave. Very responsive...arranged for a specific time (2 hour window), 9-11am. Phone rang at about 7:10, and a gentleman asked if we were ready for him...bottom line, his first appointment flaked and i guess that we were next on his list. We were not ready, but told him he could come about 8:30 or so. He said "okay" and then didn't show until about 11. Apparently, he started calling everybody on his appt list until he found somebody that would see him at 730 or so...but didn't bother telling us that he wouldn't be coming early after all. Job seemed well done, but they did not fill the pan with water to test. Called Dave and he said that they don't do that....strange, but confident. What if there had been a problem? Anyway, overall job well done, despite the glitches. Price fair for the job done. Would use them again.

The Owner, David, scheduled for a 7AM job. When I arrived at 6:45 AM the Homeowners told me that the installer had been waiting in his truck since 6:30 AM. That was quite a bit different from another shower pan company whose installer never showed up and never called. DK shower pan installer did a great job sloping the hard pack mortar mix to the drain and then hot mopping. He was in & out within an hour and a half.

Company scheduled appointment as requested, arrived on-time, completed work in a careful and workmanlike fashion at the agreed upon price.
