Vince, the owner of The Floor Maintenance Company, gave a competitive bid and was hands on during the entire process. The project was completed in a timely manner and our property was left very tidy. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our beautiful, newly restored patio. We both highly recommend The Floor Maintenance Company and plan to use them for another project in the near future.

He worked diligently, efficiently, and did an amazon job on sealing my kitchen grannite which was approximately 10 yrs old. I wish all companies were as professional and organized as this group. Steven came out and gave us a bid for the work and he also came back later to do some of the work. He was excellent. And the real superstar of the group was their colorist names Savanna. She is a true artist that did great work in doing the color to cover up our ugly pink concrete on our driveway into a modern updated look. I highly recommend this company.

From many quotes I received the one reason why I used them was because of the sales leader, Mike. And, to top it off, Mike was part of the team ensuring everything was being done properly. Love them and will use them again. Savanna was also top notch. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.
