Our experience with ATC was flawless. It began when Cory arrived for the estimate appointment not just on time but a few minutes early. This contrasts with the majority of other contractors who unfortunately do not show up on time for appointments because they are "too busy on another job" to make it on time. The estimate was neither the lowest nor the highest, but from my discussions with Cory, I quickly felt that he knew his business well. In the end, the estimate was right on target. The workers consistently showed up on time, despite interruptions caused by the weather. They were to a man polite and courteous. Any perceived problem or question was immediately answered and/or corrected. Removal and cleanup of debris was performed quickly and meticulously. The job went smoothly and was completed within four days, as expected. We can't say enough good things about our experience with ATC, we would hire them again if and when needed, and we highly recommend them without reservation.

Great experience from the first phone call. I always knew when they were coming and how long they would take. Work became a little more than they expected due to water damage, but they made sure to get an ok before starting. Additional work was required to make all the old pieces fit with the new ones, and they did an excellent job.

I would definitely use them again for all of my construction needs. I would also recommend them to anyone for any construction needs particularly patio coverings. Their follow up is excellent after the work was done. If there were any issues, it was immediately taken care of, however, we did not have any issues at all.

Cory did an excellent job of providing us with advice regarding products and options. We chose a Trex deck to minimize future termite issues. He also provided wood repair on the deck frame and other locations of the house. He coordinated the permit with the city and was understanding of our delays due to the required HOA approval. He communicated all steps of the work clearly and promptly. He reasonably quoted and responded to last minute add on work. His team was respectful of our neighbors, polite and courteous. They cleaned up every night. I highly recommend ATC. They made a horrible experience (termite damage) a little less painful - and left us with a beautiful new deck. We could not be happier.

Right from the very beginning, the attention to detail was better than any other company. Cory, the owner was the only one to go under my house to identify the needs of this project. Once we agreed to have the work done, the crew showed up on time every day and worked efficiently and put in a good hard honest day's work. The attention to detail was outstanding. They did everything they said they would do. We could not be happier with the finished product. If you looking for an honest, hard working construction company that will provide you with great quality, then ATC Construction is the company for you. You will be very happy with their work. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

ATC responded immediately and gave us a quote. Then he told us exactly when he would do the work and how long it would take. He started work on the exact date and finished in two days. He had two very polite and professional people working with him and they actually finished early. They also asked for no money until project was complete. We were very happy with ATC and will definitely use them again.

I liked the way they work, their courtesy. They did it all in a very professional manner. We had gotten some other estimates and they did more for less. They were patient with us in that, when he first wanted to come we didn't have the money on hand and they waited patiently until we were able to pay them.
