Response from Another Perfect Pool
I apologize for the delay in responding to your Angie's List inquiry. Normally, we are very punctual with customer inquiries, but with a death in the family, out-of-state travel, the holidays, and then a change of personnel within our company, your inquiry simply fell through the cracks....and we are very sorry. Your recent review of our company via Angie's List prompted us to go back and look for your original request and we did find it. Thank you very much for using Angie's List to find us! Unfortunately, member, we do not offer weekly service in Laguna Beach. However, we can come out tomorrow to do an initial 'check-up' review of the current status of your spa and equipment free of charge (normally a $105 service call). Just give Steve a call to set up that appointment (949) 235-5888. One last tip: To make sure that your spa and equipment are maintained properly and that the water is healthy, I would suggest that you find a pool/spa tech that has his/her CPO credential (Certified Pool Operator), so that you and your family have peace of mind. Ask them to show you their CPO wallet card, so that you know for sure that they have this credential. Spas can be tricky to maintain, especially, if they are used often, and overdosing them with chemicals is a frequent occurrence, which can damage your skin, the plaster and your equipment.
