Anita Houston

I worked with Anita previously at another company where she was employed for many years. I have first hand knowledge and experience of her honesty, diligence and caring nature. We are in the process of closing on a new home. The owner is a commercial realtor representing himself and doesn't have a clue how to do the paperwork for a residential sale. She offered him the use of her processor for a fee and he declined. In order to get the deal done she is doing his paperwork for free. She has been working with us for almost a year, while we drug her from home to home without complaint. When we finally made a reasonable offer we would not budge, an appraisal proved our offer was exactly what the house is worth. She never, ever tried to talk us into coming up in our offer telling us that we should stick with our belief of the value. She did everything in her power to get the deal done for us. I would say that you will never find a more honest and hardworking agent.

She was very diligent in her search for a specific house in a neighborhood. She is a member of this community, as well. She is the most thorough realtor that I have come in contact with. She is so honest that sometimes it can work against her, because she won't let customers make the wrong decision. She will do everything; the comps, the schools, facilities available, you name it she will search for you.
