ABC's Of Flooring

Description of Work: Leveled the second floor by putting on some cement like material.

Description of Work: The house we purchased had a large built in wall unit that did not fit our HD TV. We decided to remove it and discovered there was a 2'X10' area on the floor that was not covered by our current flooring. We called around and found this company. We called for an estimate and owner, Chris came over. He had to call the manufacurer of our flooring to see if it was still made. Chris measured the area and advised the individual slats would have to be removed since they were cut around the wall unit that was no longer there. He would have to order 2 boxes of product and each box had 11 planks. The previous owner left a box with five planks left they measured four feet long so that technically covered 20 feet. Chris advised the amount would be cheaper if he did not have to send his guys out on a weekend. He procured two boxes of product and we scheduled an appointment the following Monday. On the scheduled day Chris sent one of his workers to our house. After installing several planks it was discovered the planks he brought were slightly thicker than the ones were on the floor. After making a few calls he had alter the planks and glue them to the ground. That worked out and the planks look good.
