Description of Work: Cleaned 2 couches, one with cat urine. They removed about 95% of the odor and used a deodorizer on the affected couch. Cat urine is near impossible to treat as mine surpassed the outer fabric. Excluding the cat urine, they were professional and friendly. The owner was explanatory prior to service.
